The hotel was great. nice room and staff was friendly and prompt. The train and tram stop was few min down the street with easy access. Hotel also offers a shuttle to airport which is nice and very close to airport which is why we selected this location. The only downfall is the air conditioner was not cold in the room as it was very hot and had to sleep with no blanket as it was very stuffy.

Very convenient for our Zürich airport flight the next morning. The property was bright and clean. The airport shuttle worked perfectly. The room was warm, and we could not figure out how to make it cooler, so we cracked the window, and it looked like other rooms had done the same. Thanks!

Dining option was not welcoming whatsoever. The staff had attitude towards us and were dismissive. Hotel staff was glued to the screen but otherwise efficient. I would never stay here again or recommend.

The beds and pillows were awful. The rooms are so hot and it’s only June. We arrived at 2 and no room was available. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was.

conveniently close to the airport, but not much else to do around. The staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast buffet was wonderful (CHF 33.-/adult). The room was hot and it seemed like the A/C was not working at all. Overall it was OK, the property could use some upgrades.

清掃は２日一回で特に清掃している感じは得られなかった。カビ多く、清掃というレベルではなかった。
鍵の故障が多く、カードキーが機能しないことが毎日発生していた。レセプションでも多くの顧客が同じ事を言及していたので、ホテル全体の問題だと考える。

Nice enough hotel with efficient shuttle service.
Breakfast is an absolute rip off. There are hundreds of tour groups that decend on the breakfast in the morning leaving very little to eat. There was lots of errors with items marked as dairy free and other allergens which clearly were not.

The pillows were terrible. The bed was alright. Very warm and stuffy though. Breakfast not included. Hotel shuttle was packed so we took a taxi instead of waiting. It was ok but not great.

The first thing I would like to comment on is the lack of AC even though it is listed on the amenities. It was hot in our room and the only thing that worked on the thermostat was the fan. We we there May 26-29, 2025 and hot in hallways and rooms. Got a fan for the last day from front desk and that helped but for the price I would have appreciated the listed amenity. The room was adequate size but room 901 had lightbulbs burnt out, coffee machine leaked, and shelf it was sitting on someone previously had damaged it and it leaned forward away from the wall. The Le Chalet restaurant was very good but in our opinion very overpriced. The shuttle to/from airport was prompt and easy to find with directions sent. Even with the above we had an adequate stay as everything was clean and close to airport.

It is close to the airport, and shuttle transportation is available. The front desk was understaffed. The staff was very polite and efficient, but were constantly being interrupted by guests asking questions or requiring assistance with keys or problems with their rooms. The bar was very nice in providing us with ice for the room in glasses, but an ice machine or ice buckets would be helpful. I have been staying at the Movinpik at the airport annually for over 30 years, and have always been pleased with my stay there.

Check in experience was terrible. Room not available at 4:30 pm. Then given a room where the bed was a pull out sofa. After another wait we were given an acceptable room.

Das einzige Problem war, dass es ein Felhler gab mit dem Zimmer und somit ins Hotel Mövenpick in Regensdorf musste. Es wurde jedoch alle extrakosten übernommen.

The hotel is conveniant for the airport. When we arrived in the airport, around 1:3o we learned the Mövenpick shuttle service only operates from 4pm. We took a taxi to the hotel then learned hotel has an enforced 3pm check in - had we known we would have left our luggage at the airport while we went to the zoo. At night, It seems the hotel experienced an aircon malfunction. At midnight I & several other guests were asking for fans. The front desk staff were very nice about it, but hard to understand how the hotel could not maintain its air conditioning and still sell rooms. I’ve stayed at the chain around Switzerland over the past several years & this stay was not one of the better ones.

Had to pay to park to drop off bags before returning car to airport.
Shuttle service was excellent. Food was decent in borh bar and in restaurant. Rolf in the restaurant was an excellent server and most interactive of the servers.
