Had to wash my baby’s bottle in the washroom as they refused to let us use the sink in kitchen like other hotels did

Safe, cleaned, and quiet place

Staff was friendly and as helpful as possible given language barrier. Very clean property. Breakfast was reasonable price but the food and coffee are not replenished so if you arrive toward the end of the service time, you only get what is left, which was not much. The best feature is the river that is within walking distance. Very nice ... otherwise, not a tourist area. VERY close to bus stop. Again, language barrier was an issue but the driver was friendly and kind. There is a coffee shop just beyond the bus kiosk and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Only stayed for one night, but it was a nice stay.

It’s a good place to stay specially if you’re traveling with family only thing that’s holding me from giving a five star review is the air-conditioning. It’s just not good as it should be and they keep making an excuse that governmental requirement with the temperature in the room cannot be below than 3° of outside, I hope they can get their AC fixed or provide an alternative such as fan besides that it’s a very good place to stay

I booked a family room but they gave me a normal room and when I asked the reception to change , he was shocked. He said that this normal room is the family room!! And when I ask him to show the kitchen (which was mentioned in the reservation) he had no reason any more and finally gave me the right one!!! The air condition was in the Automat mode and you can not change the degree and customise it

We booked this hotel specifically because itvhad a restaurant and bar. They were both closed during our stay. The other reason we chose this hotel was for air conditioning, it barely cooled the room at all it was very hot. We would not recommend.

It's OK but air-conditioning not cold enough and one table fan need in the room. Quite good.

This is absolutely NOT a 4 Stars hotel. NOT convenient for families, due to the following points: - The floor carpet was very dirty and stained both in corridors and inside the room. - The air-conditioning did not work properly to cool enough the room during the night, as announced. The receptionist laughed when we asked to move to another room with better air-conditioning and said this was the same for the whole hotel. - The toothbrush container was disgusting and the shower floor was quite dirty. - Although we did not take the breakfast in the hotel (due to the bad aspect), we never saw anybody sitting there and seemed closed. - We informed the reception that one glass was broken during the night and asked for a thorough vacuum of the room. Not only for the adults but also for our kids health! However, when we came back in the night, the glass pieces under the hands-washbasin were still there. Probably also on the carpet!! Ideally, I would like to have my money back. However, it is also important Hotels.com takes care of this big issues since I do not consider this hotel to be part of the good/very good options from this group. Unfortunately, I did not take any photo to be uploaded, but next time I will do it.

Very uncomfortable and not as per what was mentioned on hotels.com The matteress was horrible. Room had some smell. AC was not there. The hotel explains that the AC will only blow air and that will be 5 C below the outside temp. The pedastal fan was half funtionining. We stayed only overnight. Would not recommend this hotel again.

It was quiet and comfortable.

The room was really hot so I asked the front desk if it was broken. He came up and looked at it and said that the government wouldn’t let guests cool the room more than 10° less than the outside temperature. Fine. We set it as low as it would go thinking it would keep up with falling temperatures during the night. We woke up in the morning after being hot and uncomfortable all night and walked outside to a cool morning. What he said may be true but things didn’t work that way for us during the night. He left us feeling as though we shouldn’t be asking for such things. As though we are spoiled Americans. I feel like what we were asking for was nothing unusual and would have been a no brainer in most civilized countries around the world. Climate control is not new technology. I don’t think the A/C was working the way it was supposed to work and I don’t think he really cared.

Bueno, no lo califiqué como excelente por que el AA no enfría suficiente.
