Das Hotel Arca + Naco liegt unweit des Bahnhofes, Skibushaltestelle 150 m vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt (150m), Gornergratbahn und die Fußgängerzone ca.400m entfernt. Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna).

Séjour fabuleux dans cet hôtel ! Tout était impeccable, très propre, avec un personnel d’une grande gentillesse. La piscine ainsi que le spa, le sauna et le hammam sont fabuleux et très appréciables après une belle journée de ski. L’hôtel est en plus idéalement situé à proximité de la gare, ce qui est vraiment bien sympa. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et le recommandons sans hésitation.

We stayed at Naco Zermatt as a family of four 2 adults 2 kids 8&11 and had a wonderful experience. We loved our apartment—it was comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for a family stay. The spa was a great bonus and very relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Zermatt, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

Stayed here as part of a longer trip. This is a great hotel with an outstanding staff. It is close to the train station. We were able to transport our luggage from the train station to the hotel without issue. The breakfast was outstanding. The last day we left early and were unable to partake in the breakfast so the staff made us sandwiches to take with. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.

My recent stay at Naco Aparthotel by Arca was average, with some highs and lows. The room itself was very good—modern, clean, and spacious, with a stylish design and a cozy balcony offering great views of Zermatt’s mountains. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant. However, there were notable downsides. Construction noise started at 7 AM every day, which was disruptive, especially since the lack of AC (common in Zermatt hotels) meant we had to keep windows open during warmer weather. This amplified the noise, making it hard to relax. The sink in our room also had an unpleasant gutter smell, which was off-putting. The spa facilities were decent but underwhelming. The sauna and hot tub weren’t hot enough for my liking, though the deep tissue massage by Linda was a standout—absolutely fantastic and a highlight of the stay. I was also disappointed that, unlike many other hotels in Zermatt, there was no shuttle service to the train station or main areas, which would’ve been convenient with luggage or for quick trips into town. Overall, the aparthotel has potential with its great rooms and staff, but the construction noise, lack of AC, and minor maintenance issues impacted our stay. I’d consider returning if these were addressed, especially for the price.

It a great place to stay. Looks really modern and newly renovated. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Breakfast is great also.

Fantastisk hotel

キッチン付きで駅から近いため、２回目の利用でした。 本館の隣にある、新しい部屋だったのでとても清潔で居心地良かったです。 朝食も美味しく、夜は自炊でリラックスできましました。 近くにコープより安いスーパーがあるため、買い物も便利です。

I usually find faults in hotels but this hotel has tremendous value and is clean. We enjoyed the indoor saltwater pool and the convenience from the train station. Breakfast had solid mix of western comforts and more traditional local fare. Enjoyed so much we actually extended the stay by a day.

What an amazing place to stay In Zermatt, away from the noise but still very close to everything and the train station. Large rooms with all amenities and very clean and comfortable. Made our stay memorable
