Room was spacious and clean, with a teakettle and tea/coffee service. The gym was adequate. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Restaurant had great pizza. McDonald’s adjacent to the hotel has Veggie sandwiches (a treat for Americans). There is a delightful walking path accessed on the right side of the entrance, next to the cornfield and continues to the left behind the hotel along a lovely canal with pastoral scenes.

Very convenient location - shuttle from airport, 800 m from train, bus to trail right in front of hotel, nice room with good beds/mattresses, desk and small seating area, competitive price, nice breakfast Buffett and super friendly staff.

Das Zimmer war viel zu kalt. AirCondition eisig ! Trotz Ausschalten der Klimaanlage eisig kalt. Hab' mich nur total angezogen, in voller Kleidung, aufs Bett gelegt und war froh, früh morgens das ungemütliche Zimmer verlassen zu können.

Stay in Zurich closer to the train station. It is much easier to get to the airport from the Zurich old town than from this hotel. Too little dining options and nothing to do around this hotel and it is not convenient to get to either. Avoid staying here.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It was sagged down into the middle. Terrible to sleep on. There was a dead fly in the bathroom. No coffee pot (only instant coffee). No fridge. Have to pay for airport shuttle and the driver didn't speak a word. He was reluctant to even put my bag in the car. Get dropped off inbetween the 2 terminals and gives no instructions. On check in staff was not very attentive or communicative. On the positive side, it was surprisingly quiet. Would not recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night as we had to catch the early morning flight from the Zurich Airport. It is very near to the airport, just 10-mins drive. Accessible by Bus#510, having the stop exactly at the front of the hotel. Near to the train station Rumlang. It has a McDonalds attached to the property which helped us having the late night dinner. Even though the hotel has a Shuttle Service it is not free which we were not aware of. You have to reserve the Shuttle Service in advance by paying 30 Franc which is way more costly than an Uber Cab. Spacious, modern, and clean rooms. The entire hotel feels new and well-maintained. If someone wants to stay in Zurich, this is highly recommended.

Achtung das Hotel ist NICHT AM FLUGHAFEN, auch wenn der Name einem das Glauben machen soll. Shuttle kostet pro Fahrt vom Hotel zum Flughafen 10 pro Person. Personal unfreundlich. Spricht nur teilweisd deutsch. Shuttleservice nur zweimal die Stunde. Sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer sauber. Dusche nur Kabine mitten im Zimmer. Werden sicherlich nicht mehr kommen.

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and the layout was odd, with the shower and sink in the middle of the room. The airport shuttle also made multiple stops at other hotels, and the driver was unfriendly. Overall, it works for a quick overnight stay near the airport, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Overall our stay was good. The Hotel accommodated us with a King size bed. There where 2 issues that didn't satisfy me: 1)when asked for face cloths they didn't know what these were instead brought hand towels and lastly the hotel didn't inform us that the shuttle was not free. At least they could have mentioned it at the time of our check-in.

When we got to the hotel there were 3 employees at the reception and no one but us there and we weren’t even acknowledged. Then 2 walked away and the 3rd called us. He spoke extremely low which made it difficult to understand him with all the noise around us. Also, on website it said free shuttle and when I asked there is a charge of 10 francs per person on top of what is already being paid for the room for a ride to the airport that is less than 7 miles away. The room was dirty, including a stain that looked like blood on the headboard. Only reason I didn’t go back downstairs was because I was exhausted from the connecting flight to deal with rudeness.

Room was spacious and clean, with a teakettle and tea/coffee service. The gym was adequate. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Restaurant had great pizza. McDonald’s adjacent to the hotel has Veggie sandwiches (a treat for Americans). There is a delightful walking path accessed on the right side of the entrance, next to the cornfield and continues to the left behind the hotel along a lovely canal with pastoral scenes.

Overall our stay was good. The Hotel accommodated us with a King size bed. There where 2 issues that didn't satisfy me: 1)when asked for face cloths they didn't know what these were instead brought hand towels and lastly the hotel didn't inform us that the shuttle was not free. At least they could have mentioned it at the time of our check-in.

When we got to the hotel there were 3 employees at the reception and no one but us there and we weren’t even acknowledged. Then 2 walked away and the 3rd called us. He spoke extremely low which made it difficult to understand him with all the noise around us. Also, on website it said free shuttle and when I asked there is a charge of 10 francs per person on top of what is already being paid for the room for a ride to the airport that is less than 7 miles away. The room was dirty, including a stain that looked like blood on the headboard. Only reason I didn’t go back downstairs was because I was exhausted from the connecting flight to deal with rudeness.
