Lokasi betul-betul di hadapan stesen kereta api, hanya 1 stesen dari Bern bahnhof. Daftar masuk dan membuka pintu semuanya melalui dalam talian dari telefon pintar. Bilik ini cukup luas untuk 2 orang, terdapat microwave dan dapur mini untuk memasak. Terdapat sebuah pasar raya betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Biliknya juga sangat bersih. Secara keseluruhan semuanya hebat.

Que hospedagem incrível! Foi por apenas 1 noite, mas atendeu perfeitamente as nossas necessidades e eu passaria facilmente 1 semana hospedada e me sentindo confortável. No meu quarto tive um pequeno inconveniente que o microondas não funcionou e já era tarde da noite, para que eu obtivesse algum suporte. Mas haviam outros utensílios pude resolver meu problema

We liked our stay because it was different and very convenient to have the train and supermarket so close. We weren’t that fussed with the tech - having to use our phone to get in through all the doors etc. it didn’t always work and we just can’t be bothered with the mucking around.
Lars was very helpful and quick to respond to our cries for help. We just prefer the old fashioned way - we didn’t know this before booking.
The bathroom was awesome, the storage really good. The kitchen had what we needed, and we could get more from the common room if not. The roll out bed wasn’t the best - a little uncomfortable and kept rolling back in when one of us got out of the bed. Pillows were okay but could’ve had 2 each. One chair in the room for 2 people is not good. Sitting on the bed to eat meals was not comfortable or easy.
Trying to figure out all the lights, air con etc. some labels would be good - wasted a bit of time each day trying to remember which was off and which was on and which light or appliance it referred to.
Loved the common room for games of pool and relaxing with a cup of coffee.

Bern ist eine schöne Stadt, die. man gesehen haben sollte. Im Stay Koook hat man auf jeden Fall besten Komfort. Es ist vieles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Preis und Leistung stehen für mich hier jedoch in keinem guten Verhältnis.

This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. I will definitely come back and recommend to every one..Thank you

Man macht aber alles per SmartPhone. Von Check-In bis Zimmerschlüssel.
Super Service und toller Aufenthaltsraum mit grosser Küche (falls kleine Küche im Appartment nicht genügt.
Ideale Lage am Stadtrand, gleich neben Bahnhof Wankdorf (4 Minuten per S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof). Tiefgarage vorhanden (CHF 24 für 24h)

We stayed file people at the kook. Unfortunately One pull out double bed is not wide enough for two. Can be arranged wider. Room kitchen hob is tiny for 5 and did not worked properly. We used main kitchen hob but it was always in use for other people. Ventilation is not suitable for kitchen when you cook.
Common Seating are is charming. Location is very good for transport.
