I was overall very happy with the hotel! It looks amazing and the rooms have all you need and are clean. The check-in is easy once you have received your code. I will stay again!

Very beautiful and beautiful

The apartment is easy to locate. It's just that there's no reception area you have to go the Bistro on the 7th floor if you want to talk to the staff. No early check ins. We stayed there for 7 days and no one replace the towels, clean the room and replace the soap, shampoo and conditioner. We are four people but the utensils are good for three persons. Asked for another casserole so we can use it for cooking our dishes but did not provide us one. No serving spoons. And you're responsible for throwing your garbage on the 1st floor. You'll get fine if you leave it outside the door but they will give you a notice first. I saw housekeeping one day just to try if we can ask to replace our towels but without hearing my concern she avoided me and said no English. I can even demonstrate and do the sign language if she didn't walk away from me. The room is nice and good for four persons. Two bedrooms. Since nobody told us there was no A/C the room was warm the first night and when I emailed them there is a ventilation that you can open in each rooms so the air from outside will get inside the room. I hope staff can clean the room esp. if you will stay for quiet long. They said on their email it's 3 days they're changing the towels but no one did. The room is good to stay but those things that the management should consider and attend to those concerns because these are not problems these should be included to maintain cleanliness in your premise.

Das Appartementhotel ist auf neu gemacht, aber die Qualität der Ausstattung ist wirklich nicht gut. Es ist auch schon verhältnismäßig abgenutzt und nicht ganz sauber. An der Rezeption ist keiner und die Ansprechpartner im Stockwerk Nummer sieben (an der Bar) sind nicht gerade engagiert. Das aber viel größere Problem ist die Parksituation. Da es in der Nähe vom Flughafen handelt, sind dort keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Was ja auch nicht schlimm ist, wenn man in dem Parkhaus am Hotel parken könnte, hier muss online bezahlt werden und so weiter, damit man dort parken kann. Das habe ich alles nach meiner zehnstündigen Anreise gemacht inklusive Bezahlung, inklusive Erhalt der Rechnung. Ich kam aber in das Parkhaus nicht rein, das Hotel kann dir leider nicht weiterhelfen, die Hotline vom Parkhaus ist besetzt mit einem künstlichen Bot, irgendwann gelangt man dann zu einem Ansprechpartner bzw. Warteschleife in der Hotline, es geht aber niemand ran. Dort ist jedes Mal die Leiter unterbrochen worden nach circa 25 Minuten. Sprich ich habe dort vor der Hotel Garage circa 2 Stunden verzweifelt versucht in meine bezahlte Garage hinein zu gelangen. Ich habe mir nachher ein Parkhaus gesucht, was circa 2 km entfernt war und bin dann zu dem Hotel gelaufen.

Easy to transport and close to the downtown

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el acceso al lugar, a la habitación, la cama un poco dura pero bien. El tamaño de habitación estaba razonable. Estaba contemplado para dos personas y no había espacio útil para desempacar dos maletas pequeñas. El baño tiene buen tamaño pero le hace falta un extractor de aire o algún escape de aire. No tiene ventilación. Al llegar a la habitación había un olor bastante incómodo del baño y el aire acondicionado no fue suficiente para eliminarlo. El único basurero en la habitación era mini y era en el baño. En la cabecera hay luz y controles de iluminación de la habitación, pero no hay espacio mas que para el celular a los ladoa de la cama. Los "burós" a cada lado son solo una mini repisa para el celular (si tienes lentes y los quieres poner ahi, no caben si ya pusiste el teléfono).

Avoid. People smoking outside our first floor apartment, the smell coming inside. No towels provided, had to go source towels in our first day in. No proper reception to talk about issues, only communication through email. Advertised as kitchenette - ensure you email them as to what that really entails.

Beware: No Check-in Code Sent! Check-in Nightmare Stayed at VISIONAPARTMENTS Glattbrugg and while the apartment itself was modern and well-located near the train station, the check-in process was a disaster. The property has no reception - instead, they claim to send an email with check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival. Spoiler: They didn’t. Since we were on a flight, we expected the email upon landing. Nothing. Arrived at the building with no access code. Thankfully, a fellow guest let us in, and a bartender on the 7th floor helped us get our code by calling the management. But what if we’d arrived late at night? We’d be stuck outside, in the cold, in one of the most expensive countries to book a last-minute stay. Unacceptable. Final Thoughts ✔️ Pros: Great location, well-equipped rooms. ❌ Cons: No reception, unreliable check-in, poor communication.

A localização é boa, ao lado das estações de trem e tram o que facilita o acesso ao centro, 20 minutos de trem e 30 minutos de tram. Os apartamentos são confortáveis e adequados. O problema é o atendimento, não há recepção, chegamos mais cedo e não tinha lugar para deixar nossas malas, toda comunicação é por e-mail ou telefone, caiu o disjuntor do apartamento, ficamos no escuro, consegui ajuda no restaurante após várias tentativas de suporte infrutíferas com o helpdesk deles. Não recomendo para famílias em turismo, é um ambiente mais para jovens.

Me gusto mucho el apartamento. Muy limpio y de fácil acceso. El código para el ingreso lo puedes activar justo a las 3:00. Yo si recibí mi código antes de llegar al lugar

Very clean and modern little apartment. Very close to tram station. Very easy to get to “downtown “.

Das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit und der Service sind aber eine absolute Katastrophe. Wenn Sie mit Kindern reisen rate ich Ihnen dringend von diesem " Hotel " ab. Hätte ich gewußt das es sich hierbei nicht um ein Hotel sondern um ein automatisiertes Gästezimmer handelt hätte ich dies niemals gebucht. Da es kein Personal gibt können die "Gäste" auch machen was sie wollen. Morgens finden Sie vor dem Hotel und in der Hotelhalle diverse leere Vodka und andere Alkoholflaschen und viel Schmutz. Dem Hotel ist das bekannt. Im Aufzug werden Sie schon darauf hingewiesen das die Hotelleitung 250 € Strafe berechnet, wenn die Müllsäcke weiterhin im Flur vor den Zimmern abgelegt werden. Absolut schrecklich !!!! Noch ein Hinweis: Frühstück gibt es erst ab 07:30 Uhr. Wenn Sie also beruflich in Zürich sind und früh raus müssen, dann wird es schwierig. Das sollte dem Gast mitgeteilt werden bevor er das Frühstück bucht. Sie sollten den Gästen auch mitteilen das die Ausweise vorher online hochgeladen werden müssen.

Terrible from the start. Never received email 24hrs before arrival. Tried to contact 3x. On train on day of arrival finally received email n you must take photos of passport n wait for code to get into building. No code sent. Waited at train station for hours trying all different #s n finally got someone on phone to email code.Booked cause price was good. The location is a $70 chf taxi ride from the train station. Shadey people downstairs smoking. Got in building n no clear direction on where room was. Lucky found nice person to help direct. Room just had lil fridge n microwave n I booked a suite. Went upstairs to restaurant n had the worst nachos with fake cheese n the fish n chips with no tartar or ketchup with 1 cocktail n was over $70 chf. Day of departure cleaning lady bangs on the door to to you to leave. Was the worst place I've booked n hope you dont experience the same!

Los apartamentos están cómodos y prácticos, cerca de una estación de tren/supermercado y a precio más bajo a comparación de otros lugares La mejora sería en el check in ya que no mandaron el correo con la información para hacer el auto check in y tuvimos que pedir ayuda a los chavos del bar. Adicional sólo les falta un perchero para colocar los abrigos Recomiendo hospedarse aquí

Great cozy location

Ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Hat alles super funktioniert. Online einchecken vorab mit Personalausweis und dann erhält man den Zugangscode fürs Gebäude und Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Daher kann ich die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my room/apartment was spotless, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the kitchen staff and felt compelled to share my concerns. While sitting at the bar, I had a clear view into the kitchen, which had no door separating it from the dining area. I observed two young women plating food. One was handling fries with long nail extensions, but without gloves, which I found unsanitary. The other was eating leftover fries while holding her phone, standing next to the person preparing the food. While the kitchen and bar areas themselves were clean, the lack of proper food safety practices left me uncomfortable. It’s concerning that the staff were handling food without gloves, especially since bacteria can linger under fake nails, and eating while working with food made the situation even worse. After witnessing this, I decided not to order food, as it did not meet the hygiene standards I expect from a hospitality establishment. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, as it could make a big difference in the overall guest experience because I refused to order any food after seeing that.

Overall fine for a couple days stay, however, it did not have basically any of the essentials needed such as towels, bath mat, pans, etc. The kitchenette was not very clean. The tv was not a smart TV, so we couldn't connect and watch Netflix. I did like that the train, bus and tram stations were just outside the back of the property, so that was a plus.
