This is a great place to stay if you’re interested in visiting the beach. We could see the ocean from our balcony and the rooftop deck. The rest of the view is mostly the hotel parking lot and other buildings. The hotel provides beach towels, sand toys, and an outdoor shower for trying to get sand off yourself. The shower, sink, and bath are also designed to handle some sand. I was surprised to find the rooms so professionally designed. Usually boutique hotels are charming, but basic. Our room had plush headboards, a lantern, and professional-looking artwork on the walls. Breakfast was good, and certainly a lot of food for 200 NT, with a large variety of choice. The hotel is pet-friendly, or at least some other guests had their dog, and my kids liked playing with the 6 cats that hang around outside (though the cats are not allowed inside the property). I forgot about check-out being 11 AM and asked for late check-out so we could stay longer at the beach, which was not a problem.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at the Dreamer Boutique. We did not know what to expect but many reviews mentioned how clean the hotel was and the amazing breakfast. The hotel was kept so clean inside and out, and had many other thoughtful touches such as in-room water pitchers that were kindly refilled every day. A plentiful and delicious breakfast (for a small additional cost) was thoughtfully prepared just for us every day and we felt so spoiled. Staff was friendly and primary person spoke English, which was helpful when I couldn’t remember words in my out-of-practice Mandarin. We had never been to southern Taiwan and this hotel definitely made our stay more enjoyable. One inconvenience for us was the lack of dinner places within walking distance on the weeknights that we were there. However, both Hengchun and Kending Village are about a 10 minute Uber away so lots of options if you’re willing to take a drive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Dream Boutique is a lovely hotel within metres to the beach. The lobby is inviting as soon as you enter, the rooms are beautifully decorated- felt like home. We had a room facing the backyard, it was so nice and quiet. We could hear the breeze in the bamboo. Breakfast option is well worth it. Lovely host and staff !

Beautiful, well maintained, and well managed small hotel really close to the beach. It's got an eloguent creative feel to it. It's also very close to a 7-11 and a bus stop which is quite convenient. Probably my favorite thing here was Vivi's breakfast in the morning - yeah kind of creative. She was very helpful to me with advice.
