Personnel agréable, chambre confortable. L’hôtel est situé près du port (Rawai Beach n’est pas une plage), la plage est située à 30 minutes à pieds.

A mon arrivée on m’ava Préparé une chambre près de la réception, et les 2 derniers hôtels où on m’av Mis à la réception furent des nuits d’insomnie total car j’ai le sommeil très léger...le personnel ne parlait pas un mot en anglais et on appellee un membre de l’équipe qui était en congé et elle est venu à ma rescousse expliquer au staff de me louer une chambre au 4 ieme étage La chambre n’ava Ni tv, ni frigo mais la vue y était magnifique et je voyais la mer au lieu de la rue, j’y suis restée 4 jours et j’ai adoré mon séjour, de plus, le staff on partagé leur frigo avec moi, et etaient malgré la barrière de la langue tous très gentils, patients et souriants :) La piscine est propre et magnifique et le lit était très confortable avec de la literie douce qui sentait bon

Nous avons eu un studio avec vue sur piscine très bien agencé, propre et comportant tout ce qu'il doit y avoir. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Il manque un service de snack/boisson au bord de la piscine, cela serait fort appréciable et éviterait un aller-retour en scooter au 7eleven ou restaurant en bord de plage. La réception n'est également pas très disponible, nous avons dû à plusieurs reprises attendre et revenir plusieurs fois pour que quelqu'un soit présent afin d'avoir des informations ou demander une intervention dans notre chambre.

This is a condo hotel and is bright and new and modern, we had a pool access room and paid $120 per night with hotels.com. Comfy bed, large spacious room with microwave and stove top and full size refrigerator, clean and sparkling infinity pool in a tropical setting, quiet location with free parking and good internet, only 10 mins walk from beach but up hill on your return, we drove down there and would recommend transport if you stay here, but wonderful value and very relaxing.

We always stay in Rawai but this was our first time staying At The Tree & we were pleasantly surprised! It was a brand new establishment, not too large, not too small. The apartments were self contained & it was walking distance to the main drag. The beds were a little hard & the wifi in the room wasn't great but overall, this was a lovely place & we would definitely consider staying here again.

At short notice I booked into this condo 43% at New Year was a good deal but maybe should have suggested there was a reason way. I was already on the island and wanted to book into a little early messaged the hotel via the booking company a couple of days before but no reply. Turned up about 90 mins early and the receptionist spoke very little English so didn't understand my request eventually i got in 1 hour early. My girlfriend was arriving later so I was trying to explain that and that I wanted to register her car for the car park again issues. The room was basic but clean however no light switch from the bed so you have to get out of the bed to turn the light off. A strict 1 towel per person the wifi password was wrong there was only about 4 English speaking channels on the Sat TV and no phone to ring reception the safe wouldn't work either. 2 of the 5 days I was there I had to ask for my room to be cleaned often there was no one at reception and all when there very poor English. only a few sunbeds round the pool and I had trouble swapping my pool towel after 3 days of use. I wanted to keep my room an extra 2 hours at checkout again 3 people had no understanding of what I wanted fortunately what I think was a realtor was there and he translated a called had to be made somewhere and eventually I got an OK

The room and facilities were excellent. It is brand new and is well built. We loved the location, and it worked perfectly for our trip. However, it is important to note that this is close to the town of Rawai, which is a beach utilized for boats docking/excursions. This is not a beach where you would want to lay out. For us, we hired a boat to go to Bon Island everyday. It’s a virtually private beach and my wife and I enjoyed the solitude and peace. The town of Rawai is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, down a hill (without a sidewalk). It has many good food options and convenience stores. If you want a beach for swimming or a party town atmosphere, this is not the place. Also, another important note, on GoogleMaps and through Hotels.com, the location is incorrect. There are two “At the Tree” options. One is the “condominiums” and the other is “apartments”. This is very confusing. Go to the “condominiums” because the “apartments” don’t exist. Again, wonderful stay!

Hotel fajny, taras z wyjściem na basen. Niestety, okolica Rawaii to konieczność wypożyczenia skutera. Plaża (podobno najbrzydsza w Phuket) nie kusi wyglądem. Na szczęście skuter za 250 THB dziennie i prosta droga do Phuket Town chyba rozwiązuje sprawę :)

Bad Tv reception and confusing convoluted way of searching for English station, none on normal settings. Desk said owner not interested in moving aerial, many complaints. Wifi poor reception and wrong instructions from desk. Housekeeping took key from room and I found it at reception no reason given. Housekeeping didn't leave any towels 1 day. Local beach hideous and Nia Harn long way. Plug broken, empty space where chair supposed to go. In the middle of nowhere. Not recommended

If you don't have transport you are stuck on a hill with only abandoned buildings around but the Hotel is very nice. You will have to walk at least 500 meters to find something to eat or drink.

Our stay was a welcome relief from the hotel where we were. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is new and contempory. Clean and tidy.

The service was great. we had problems with our tv and called the front desk twice and they were really nice. The pool was fantastic, could use towels specific for the pool so you don't have to use your shower towels. the room was nice and comfortable. The location made it hard to get to the main road near the restaurants. and there was no purchasable food or alcohol. If it weren't for those things we might have stayed longer

Really nice hotel and a nice staff. There aren't muck tourists in this area, which we thought was good. You should rent a scooter so that you will be able to visit places, there are few buses. The closest beach is really beautiful and great for snorkling in the morning. No breakfast at the hotel, the nearest store is a ten minute scooter ride. There isn't really that much to do in the area and it's not so beautiful, unfortunately, still if you look you'll find some great places. All the bars and restaurants are placed next to the road and that seems to be it. We went to se phi phi island and the the boat we booked was overcrowded, the islands are visited by tons of people so you get the feeling of being a caged animal.

Unknown to other reviewers when we booked, so a stab in the dark. It looked far enough back from the main road to be unaffected by bar noise. It is totally new - we occupied our room as first guests. This is a condo and not a hotel - so no service; but very helpful and knowledgable staff. The studio rooms are comfortable with balcony and everything works. Any small snags were immediately managed. Convenient for everything on the calm end of Phuket including walking distance to a range of restaurants and bars. The phrase 'sea-view' is a little deceptive as the sea is at least 1 km distant - also these studios overlook a public pool: definitely not worth the substantial premium on a garden view room!!
