Ban Sainai Resort was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and many speak English. The pool area and gym is very good and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed the family room. Thank you for a lovely visit in Ao Nang!

Great stay at Krabi.
I’ve been around the world. Focusing on breaches. This was by far my best stay in terms of accommodation. The design of the cottages/villas were awesome. If you have a family. They have family villas with separate rooms! We had the front outdoor kitchen. Tub. Hammock. And even the showers were nicely designed. Love this place. The front desk ensured great service. Always with a smile! Greeted with cold wet towel. Cold tea. Delicious. Pool was awesome. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet was delicious! They have shuttle daily for your convenience set distances around town. Love this place! My best ever stay!

아기자기한 로컬 리조트라고 생각합니다. 틀에 박힌 조경이 아니어서 더 산책하기 좋았고 매일 들어오던 아기 도마뱀도 사랑스러웠습니다.
비치랑 떨어져 있지만 툭툭 타고 나가면 편해요. 여행 더 알차게 할 수 있어요.

Ban Sainai is a beautiful and peaceful stay for your vacation, it is very much surrounded by nature, perfect for resting after a beautiful day at the beach.

Ao Nang is great to visit but not so relaxing if you can't escape to somewhere like this! Felt like 2 stays in 1 with contrast of the lively streets and beach and returning to this mini oasis with wonderful wildlife, great room space and shared pool.
Fabulous family adjoining room with massive indoor and outdoor space, probably the best of 5 hotel stays of similar budget, although this was most expensive.
Would stay here again and recommend to others, but service is not as refined as other reviews suggest. Front desk great, but it takes more than friendly gardeners for rest of resort to work well and we found breakfast to be worse than other hotels, not so much quality as things not being replenished, hot food orders were muddled all 3 days, and not quite the variety of other places we've stayed (Outrigger Khao Lak tough benchmark!).
Coffee in room is great but then wasn't replenished after first day, and no English breakfast in rooms even though it ran out every morning at breakfast! (And again, had to ask for it to be restocked. Staff on phone, just not alert to what needed doing.)
3 nights here felt like the optimum for us on a 2 week trip. Think would get bored much longer and there's much better places to relax on a beach like koh lanta or Lak.
There aren't many good hotels in the area and this one worked for us. 80bht taxi or 20mins walk to beach, 5-10mins to restaurants and massage before you get to main strip around the corner. All very simple.

This place is magical! The grounds are quiet and beautiful and we loved the traditional feel of the cottages. Each cottage is tucked into the jungle and is immaculate and spacious. They work hard to anticipate your every need and they work hard to add that personal touch.
I book according to the reviews of previous guests and often guests will claim that the staff is what makes a place exceptional. Nowhere have I stayed where this is more the case than Ban Sanai. I really got the sense that the staff are all working together to give their guests the best experience possible and are committed to developing an excellent reputation. I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. If you book, you will not be disappointed.

It's very nice resort. You feel the tropical nature around you. Unfortunately, the resort is currently under renovation. It's a bit messy and inconvenient. However the staff was great and put their best effort to facilitate us.

Det mest service minded personale vi længe har prøvet, de var simpelhen bare så gode👍👍.
Stedet var utrolig smukt og udsigten til limestone klipperne fra poolen var fantastisk. Morgenmaden som var inkluderet var en fornøjelse..
Men desværre et lille/stort minus!
Vi var blevet informeret om en uge inden ankomst at der på stedet ville være renovering af hytter på resortet. Vi var desværre ikke fået info om at vi ville være nærmeste nabo til hamren, banken og boremaskine larm fra 9 til 17 hverdag. Vi blev ved tjek in tilbudt at vi kunne flytte til et andet hotel, men det var Ban Sainai vi ville bo på!!!
Vi blev de 7 nætter vi havde bestilt og alt i alt var det en fantastisk oplevelse, som vi gerne vil opleve igen, dog uden renovering.
Tak til Ban Sainai teamet som gjorde alt til at vi fik en go ferie..

I really got the sense that the staff are all working together to give their guests the best experience possible and are committed to developing an excellent reputation. I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. If you book, you will not be disappointed.

It's very nice resort. You feel the tropical nature around you. Unfortunately, the resort is currently under renovation. It's a bit messy and inconvenient. However the staff was great and put their best effort to facilitate us.

Det mest service minded personale vi længe har prøvet, de var simpelhen bare så gode👍👍.
Stedet var utrolig smukt og udsigten til limestone klipperne fra poolen var fantastisk. Morgenmaden som var inkluderet var en fornøjelse..
Men desværre et lille/stort minus!
Vi var blevet informeret om en uge inden ankomst at der på stedet ville være renovering af hytter på resortet. Vi var desværre ikke fået info om at vi ville være nærmeste nabo til hamren, banken og boremaskine larm fra 9 til 17 hverdag. Vi blev ved tjek in tilbudt at vi kunne flytte til et andet hotel, men det var Ban Sainai vi ville bo på!!!
Vi blev de 7 nætter vi havde bestilt og alt i alt var det en fantastisk oplevelse, som vi gerne vil opleve igen, dog uden renovering.
Tak til Ban Sainai teamet som gjorde alt til at vi fik en go ferie..
