sehr auf Profit bedacht. selbst zimmerreiigung nur nach nachfrage. Transport zum Busbahnhof obwohl Familie selbst hingefahren und man mitgenommen wurde , wurde verrechnet

Nous avions réservé une chambre moderne tel que sur la photo de la chambre sur le site Hôtels. Obtenons chambre dans vieille section. Chambre très petite, a peine de l'espace pour ouvrir le placard. Lits durs. Chambre de bain poussiéreuse et miniature. Légère trace de moisissure sur rideaux douches. Petites platebande autours de la chambre avec déchets tout le long du séjour. Femme de chambre gentille, eau chaque jour. Déjeuner correct, mais pas inclus et un qualité/prix moyen. Demandons legere compensation (déjeuner) pour chambre non tel que vue, on refuse en disant qu'on aurait dû se plaindre plus tôt et propose de ma déménager pour la derniere nuit, ce qui implique de tout ramasser (2 adultes + 1 enfant + bébé). Personnels ne connaissant pas les trajets de bus vers autres villes, quoi que souriantes. Belle piscine, quelques chaises. Construction en cours a 5-10 mètres de la piscine (agrandissement), bruits de scie a béton et visseuse durant la journée, sûrement pour encore quelques semaines. Second bâtiment paraît propre et chambre d'une belle grandeur, dommage que on ne l'ai pas eu.

Séjour du 29/01 au 15/02/2019.Hôtel en chantier. Grosse nuisance sonore de 8:00 à 17:00. Dommage...

Ben Guesthouse is a good budget choice in Chiang Rai. It has a good pool and is in a good location. For me, the only issues were that the traditional build meant that the rooms were not sound proof and also the bedding could do with updating as soon of the sheets were very worn and thin.

Beautiful buildings in the Lanna style in a very tranquil setting.The only room available when I booked had twin beds. When a room with a double bed became available I was moved to a superior room at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and the front desk staff, very helpful with good English. A 15-20 minute walk into town. It was a very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, good location. If electric cattle & iron are provided in the room or at least each floor / block that will be excellent.

バスターミナルまで徒歩で30分かかります。重い荷物があるときにはお勧めできませんが、そうでなければ問題ありません。（近くにはバス，タクシー，トゥクトゥク等も走っていないので、路上で捕まえることもできません。1kmぐらい歩くと病院があって、そこまで歩けばこれらの乗り物を捕まえることは可能です。） 日曜に泊まると、結構大きなナイトマーケットが開催されていて、楽しいです。バスターミナル付近の旅行者向けではないのでお土産等は売っていなくて、生活に密着したものの販売や、リーズナブルな食べ物等のMセガ出ています。また、その地域の人が演奏したり、踊りを披露したりしています。（プロではないですが．．）

Rooms in high traffic areas, such as next to elevators are always going to be a little noisier than others. It is to be expected. That said, creating a common area with tables and chairs right next to a bedroom window is poor judgement and inconsiderate to your customers. A customer shouldn't have to ask people not to use an area designated as a common area and hours of use should be posted. Fortunately, the card players quit at 12:30 AM. But as I was due up and on the road ~ 6 AM, this shortened my sleep time considerably, which explains the poor marks for comfort! The hotel was a little more than 1.5 Km from the downtown Clock tower and a little further to the Sat night market and night bazaar. The swimming pool was a welcome treat after a long day of Sightseeing. The room was very basic but clean. The bathroom is tiny...as in taking a shower whilst sitting on the loo.

VEry peaceful place. Nice pool and friendly staff. Would stay again!

Weit ab vom Zentrum dafür sehr ruhig! Keine liegen am Pool! Alles in allem aber zufrieden würde wieder dort hingehen

It's a bit out of the way but near lots of shops and restaurants. The pool is large and clean. Laundry is cheap about $1/kg, staff are helpful and friendly. The new building is great, the older building is adequate but the roosters in the lot behind woke us at 2, 3, etc. Earplugs! Otherwise great value for money.

チェンライの中心地から徒歩20分くらいにあります。歩けなくはないけど、自転車かバイクがあると便利だと思います。タイらしい作りの部屋に泊まりましたが、清潔でアメニティも用意されてました。ただ、壁がとても薄いのか隣の人の話し声が丸聞こえです。外で話してる声も聞こえるので音に敏感な人はダメかも。庭やプールは充分な広さがありとても気持ちがよかったです〜！

야외풀장도 있고 테이블도 배치되있어서 저녁에 맥주한잔 마시면서 쉴수있어서 좋은데다가 객실내부도 꽤나 깔끔하고 카운터에 계시는 주인분도 상당히 친절하십니다.하지만 화장실에 욕조가 없고 호텔 위치도 도심부에서 좀 멀어서 툭툭타고 가야합니다.아 그리고 이건 여담이지만 툭툭타고 내릴때 꼭 흘린 물건 없는지 확인하세요.제 휴대폰이.... 크흡...ㅠ..

Nul L'hôtel n'avait pas de piscine comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Celle ci était a l'arrêt depuis 3mois (sans précision dans l'annonce). Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés. La réception etait sympathique mais nous avons eu l'impression de nous faire avoir "comme des touristes".les prix de la location de scooter changeant d'une personne à une autre La salle de bain ne vaut pas le prix de l'hôtel ni la literie d'ailleurs

Staff is friendly and the service is good but the taste of the food is poor

Nous sommes 4 dont 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans... Avons très bien dormi dans une chambre triple à l étage(750 Thb la nuit) du vieux bâtiment en bois et brique, mais pleins de charme Petite terrasse pour déjeuner, les devoirs,L apero ... Et gros plus après les visites: la piscine

decididamente não sei porque essa Guest House está bem avaliada. O serviço é péssimo, o staff recepção então... Já de cara, fomos mal recebidos pela dona ou gerente. Havia feito a reserva há 3 dias e já estava pago, porém a gerente não achou a minha reserva, mesmo mostrando várias vezes o email e número de confirmação, agiu como se não existisse a minha reserva. Pedi para ela verificar com o site do Hoteis.com, mas ela continuou como se eu não tivesse feito reserva e me pediu um depósito.Ok, paguei.Depois de achar, ela pede secamente desculpas. Me colocou em outro prédio que não aparece no site, com um banheiro horroroso.Além disso, o restaurante nunca tinha ninguém para atender, tínhamos que ir na recepção pedir. E quando vinha alguém era num mal humor terrível. Staff péssimo, o pior lugar que fiquei na Tailândia.
