Great place, great price - amazing view from balcony at the villas. A little rough around the edges, but noting noticeable

Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig, alt und abgenutzt. An der Rezeption wurde kein Englisch gesprochen und das Restaurant hatte ebenfalls geschlossen. Nicht zu empfehlen

Vi ankom kl 23 pga fly var forsinket. En mand tog imod os, men var overhovedet ikke informativ. Han tog imod vores pas og viste os til hotelværelset, tændte airconditionen og gik. Så stod vi der på værelset og måtte selv finde alle ting. Der var møg beskidt, og ingen rengøring klaret. Sengen var helt våd, da vi gerne vil sove, fordi det var sent og havde været en lang rejsedag. Vi endte med at tage tøj på, fordi det var så ulækkert at sove i sengen. Ingen wifi på værelserne og restauranten havde ikke åbent. Informerede først om renovation, da man havde booket det. Vi endte med at checke ud morgenen efter og finde et andet hotel på øen. Receptionisten beklagede selvfølgelig og hjalp med refusion for de sidste par nætter.

All in all it was average. The lack of dining within the residence was a major disappointment. The pools appeared to have some kind of (lack of) cleaning issues and really weren't inviting to swim in or sit around. It was a few klm out of the hustle and bustle of Chaweng, which makes it peaceful, but if you want to go shopping, partying, dinning.. be prepared to get a taxi everyday or hire alternative transport (motorbike or car).etc. Now for those that are struggling with their fitness or have other health issues, the entire site is located on a steep hillside, so be prepared for a mildly grueling - steep walk to your villas. Value for money, ok. Would I stay there again, most likely not.

Hotellet er dårligt vedligeholdt. Men hvis du kan se bort fra det og se bag, kan man se de gode tanker der er lagt i byggeriet. Virkelig flot og stort område. Kokos træer lige udenfor altanen. Man får sin egen private lækker hytte. Toilettet er SÅ flot. Værelset er rummetligt og lækkert. Adgangen til hytterne er meget stejl. Dur ikke til gangbesværet gæster. Næsten privat flot strand. 2 pools områder. Mega flot udsigt. Det er nødvendigt at leje scooter eller taxi for at komme ud til steder - findes via hotellet. Trafikken er ikke slem. Laundry service ved hotellet. Taxi plads tæt ved hotellet. Vi syntes vi fik noget for pengene.

Die Unterkunft/Anlage war grundsätzlich schön gemacht, nur total runtergekommen. In der Dusche war Schimmel und die Decke im Bad war undicht. Auf der Matratze war ein großer Blutfleck. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

It’s such a beautiful place. For a reasonable price. Good amenities, lovely garden. Because of the beauty, room layout, and price. This has become our regular koh samui destination

We stayed in a "deluxe villa" and you want a value-for-money bungalow with an amazing view, this is an excellent choice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds were well kept. Just a few points to be aware of: Bungalows are up a very steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this is not for you. All the amenities (reception, pool...) are near the bottom of the hill. The advertised on-site restaurant was closed (we stayed during off season so not sure if one is usually open) and there are no daytime dining options within walking distance. We ended up hiring a scooter from the shop across the road, I recommend this (good price and service) and it meant we were able to easily go up and down the hill, as well as get out to eat and to the beach. There is no TV or wifi in the accommodation. There is free wifi at reception and at the pool area. Although there was air conditioning in our villa, the design and build meant the unit struggled to keep the room cool. If you are OK with opening windows and closing curtains against the sun, this is not a huge deal. Lastly, watch out when ordering food or transport - there is another resort 20 minutes away with a similar name. In general this was a great experience. Obviously a luxury resort in its time, which is now a little tired. But that means you get great bang for your buck :)

This was a beautiful and serene room. Close to the beach. Nice pool and views. The staff was great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Think this hotel is just getting back on its feet after Covid, the hotel is split between a road so half towards beach and half up the mountain/hill, as it’s just starting to open again there was no restaurant or bar hillside only on the other side near beach. Wasn’t a problem for us as we hired a scooter to get around and get supplies. We had a couple of problems with air conditioning and the plug in bath but they were rectified immediately, staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again but would rather be on the beach side. The Elephant sanctuary Chaweng Noi we cannot recommend enough also the Ninja Water Park, The Secret Garden for food in the evening great place to base yourself to explore Koh Samui.

We had a great stay at the Bhundhari Koh Samui. We were able to check in early and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant resort had great food and was very affordable, we were both pleasantly surprised.

I reached out to the resort twice 30 hrs prior to our arrival to plan something special for my daughters birthday and had no response. Got on location to have them tell me had I contacted them before we arrived they would have done something, I said I tried through the Expedia messaging and through their website directly and was told they don’t check emails! Very few amenities at the resort without having to take a taxi somewhere else. No towels for the pool. Coffee shop at the hotel is closed down. Upper pool was scummy and not clean. Lower pool bar and restaurant don’t open until late. The entire resort needs upkeep. Other then the man that runs the lower pool that was amazing and the ladies at the spa are wonderful......the resort was extremely disappointing for what we paid to be here.

Nice quiet place to stay. Easy to get local taxis to go elsewhere
