Absolutely beautiful staff and great location. Food was great in the resort and was amazing hospitality. Location great and family friendly. Only disappointing thing was had 5 guests and had to book two seperate rooms not joined. Ended up in one room with the other empty at twice the cost. The 2 bedroom wasn't available. The 1 bedroom could easily accommodate 5 guests and we had to pay for 2. It's a great option for families and the staff are amazing. The pools great for everyone. We had a lovely stay

All these years Centara gave me an impression of a wonderful holiday in Thailand, until today. I was staying at Patong and due to move over to Centara Kata for the 2nd part of my holiday. However, heavy rainfall and serious flooding inundated various part of Phuket and Kata is one of the worst hit area. Just one persistent rain away from another episode of flooding waiting to happen anytime. I was driving and I cannot afford to let my car got flooded. I called in to request for refund and was bluntly turned down, reason being, as of this moment there’s no flooding and there’s no justification for refund. Come on, everyone knows it there, 30minutes of heavy rain and there you go. The damage if my car got flooded far far outweigh the risk that I’m going to take to venture into Kata at this period of time. To me, Centara really damage their own branding by refusing such request. Disappointment is an understatement. Hope this helps other in choosing their hotel with Centara in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Kata Palm we thought it was good value. It’s a beautiful serene setting especially the pool and the refurbished rooms are great. They are currently doing construction so you would want to check your room is away from any noise. The staff were all fantastic to deal with, especially Sutisa at the tour desk who helped with our activities. The area in Kata is near the beach and lot of great restaurants. The breakfast was fine, it changed daily and there was plenty to eat

Okay hotel but nothing special, the positive is the friendly staff but the hotel needs a update in general I was there 17 night's and the electricity was not working 3 of the day's and also there was no water in my room 3 other days. Every time there was a problem with either the electricity or water in my room the staff fixed it within 4-7 hours 😁 in general a okay hotel but I would find another if I should go to that area another time

Hadde et fint opphold. Svært hyggelig personale, behjelpelige dersom det skulle være noe og oppmerksomme på gjestene, vi følte oss godt ivaretatt. Fasilitetene var fine og barnevennlige. Pluss for at det var 3 bassenger, og man kan velge hvor man vil oppholde seg og hva man foretrekker mest ulike dager. Velholdt hage, gartnere som holder uteområdene i god stand daglig. Sengene og sengetøyet var komfortabelt. Rommene var noe godt brukt og litt slitt, men rene. AC fungerte godt, men noe bråkete. De var flinke til å arrangere ting for gjestene med buffetkvelder, skumparty i bassenget, aktiviteter for barna, happy hour, smakstesting av diverse mat etc. God frokost, mye utvalg og internasjonalt, stort pluss at de lager omelett eller steker eggene slik man foretrekker. Egen barnestasjon med diverse så barna kan forsyne seg selv, det var stas for de små. Hyggelige og oppmerksomme vakter på hotellet. Gangavstand til strendene Kata og Kata Noi. Sentral beliggenhet, har det meste av det man ønsker med shopping, restauranter, massasje ++ i gatene like ved. Anbefales, ypperlig for barnefamilier, ville definitivt kommet tilbake på et senere tidspunkt!

Clean and well laid out property. Kid friendly which is what we were after. Looking a little run down in places like the pool and other common areas. Decent gym. AC worked so well, our room was lovely and big. Dining/pool staff were amazing, special shout out to our new friend Joy who went above and beyond for us. Overall a great family friendly place.

Hadde et fint opphold. Svært hyggelig personale, behjelpelige dersom det skulle være noe og oppmerksomme på gjestene, vi følte oss godt ivaretatt. Fasilitetene var fine og barnevennlige. Pluss for at det var 3 bassenger, og man kan velge hvor man vil oppholde seg og hva man foretrekker mest ulike dager. Velholdt hage, gartnere som holder uteområdene i god stand daglig. Sengene og sengetøyet var komfortabelt. Rommene var noe godt brukt og litt slitt, men rene. AC fungerte godt, men noe bråkete. De var flinke til å arrangere ting for gjestene med buffetkvelder, skumparty i bassenget, aktiviteter for barna, happy hour, smakstesting av diverse mat etc. God frokost, mye utvalg og internasjonalt, stort pluss at de lager omelett eller steker eggene slik man foretrekker. Egen barnestasjon med diverse så barna kan forsyne seg selv, det var stas for de små. Hyggelige og oppmerksomme vakter på hotellet. Gangavstand til strendene Kata og Kata Noi. Sentral beliggenhet, har det meste av det man ønsker med shopping, restauranter, massasje ++ i gatene like ved. Anbefales, ypperlig for barnefamilier, ville definitivt kommet tilbake på et senere tidspunkt!

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating I was able to have a late check out which was helpful. Food was incredible next time I will need to get a cooking lesson.

Dejlig sted til familien. Tæt på byen. Skøn pool. Der er for meget musik, hele tiden. Selve værelserne er fine, men slidte. Personalet er søde og imødekommende. Restauranten har ikke styr på deres priser, og vi måtte ofte irettesætte.

Clean and well laid out property. Kid friendly which is what we were after. Looking a little run down in places like the pool and other common areas. Decent gym. AC worked so well, our room was lovely and big. Dining/pool staff were amazing, special shout out to our new friend Joy who went above and beyond for us. Overall a great family friendly place.
