Coco Retreat Phuket Resort and Spa

I love Chalong, and this place is great if you want your little paradise to relax after a hot busy day. I have nothing negative to say, all was perfect. Only “inconvenient” is that on the app it said that it is 2 minutes walking from Wat Chalong, and this is not true. It’s about 30 minutes walking or 3-5 in vehicle. Only mentioning to keep in mind. We loved our stay!

Long way to ewerything

Came for a retreat and it was perfect. Spacious room, good restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Not the best walkability, though a few restaurants and small markets within a mile. They miss small details, like dirty windows, so not a 5 star place, but more than adequate for an inclusive retreat or if wanting to just sit by a pool and read a book for a few days.

Für kleines Budget ist das Hotel akzeptabel. Was uns total gestört hat ist, dass in der Holz Tür zwei mega große Spalte waren, sodass man den Flur sehen konnte und das Wasser hat beim duschen nach verfaulten Eiern gerochen. Ansonsten war alles ganz ok.

Staff was very accommodating

The property itself was nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The restaurant was nice - good food and a laidbaid and well decorated atmosphere. The staff was sweet but could have used additional training, although they tried really hard which was appreciated. There's much within walking distance of the property and it's expensive to hire a taxi from there. A scooter is a must but be careful on the road as driving in Phuket is hectic!

Staying in a Deluxe Villa - everything about this resort is calming, warm and friendly. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant convenient and tasty and the rooms were very comfy and well designed. I would 100% stay again.

Dette hotel er et hotspot for larmende kinesiske busturister, så hvis man vil have fred og ro er det ikke hotellet at bo på! Kundeservice er en ting de skal blive bedre til. Rengøringsniveau var mangelfuld. Hvis de sover Agger klokken 9 om morgenen bliver du alligevel vækket af det råbende rengøringspersonale. Om du får en venlig betjening afhænger af hvem der er på arbejde. Til den pris vil jeg nok finde at andet hotel næste gang.

Informasjon om at det var 1,5 km til strand, at det gikk strandbuss. Stemte ikke! Masse mygg, byggeplass utenfor rommet. Måtte ta taxi til alle fasiliteter, butikker, restauranter, strender. Kostet i snitt 300 kroner pr gang. Vanskelig for sjåfører å finne frem. Ville aldri valgt hotellet om forhåndsinformasjonen hadde vært korrekt. Ble kontaktet av verten fordi jeg hadde gitt negativ smilefjes etter ankomst. Det føltes meget ubehagelig. Personalet var stort sett veldig hyggelig. Maten var god, men savnet å kunne få et glass vin ved siden av. Fasilitetene var bra. Tilbud om meget god massasje fra en dyktig og hyggelig massør😊

Skulle bo der i forbindelse med et meditations- og yoga retreat, der blev afholdt på dette sted. Desværre ingen ro om aftenen, hvor kinesere på dags udflugt returnerede og støjede massivt.

Great front desk and cleaning staff, the service in the restaurant was very slow though and the resort is a bit isolated so there weren’t too many other food options within walking distance. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing

Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Excellent spot if you are looking for some relaxing time away from the busy areas.

Mycket bra upplevelse från början till slut. Servicen var på topp hela tiden. Jag kan definitivt rekommendera hotellet till andra som vill komma till ett lugnt och skönt ställen utanför det turistiga Thailand. Vill man ha mer liv och rörelse så finns det inte längre bort än ca 15 min i taxi.

Great hotel, very nice staff. They should get some pads for the bottoms of their dining room chairs so they don't make that loud scraping noise though! Food at the restaurant was excellent, and had one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had! Great value for money! Would visit again for sure!

Very nice little resort. It has everything, clean room, restaurant, yoga session, swimming pools and massage. Good staff. Around 10 min to go to the closest convenient shops
