Great location and easy to walk anywhere or catch a taxi outside your hotel. Love the 3 seperate pools and 3 swim up bars so it’s never too busy to get a bed around the pool. The restaurant and bar outside the front of the hotel is great too, they make good cocktails. All the staff are lovely and so helpful. Would definitely stay again

Check-in and check-out were quick. Large variety of food for breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Many thanks to Natty for making our stay wonderful and providing service with a smile.

I try to stay at Hilton or Marriott properties. This Doubletree, is slightly less than the quality that I’m accustomed to staying. For the price charged, I think I could’ve found a better place. But the staff was extremely nice. The room was very clean, the morning breakfast was very tasty and extensive. If I return to Patong, I would probably choose a different hotel.

Great location. Staff exceptionally friendly particularly Paula and Timmy. Great buffet breakfast. Renovations a little noisy during the day when at the pool but the pool still great and Paula was a fantastic bar attendant

We weren’t informed beforehand that the location we stayed at was under construction. So view was terrible and constantly noisy from the sounds of construction. The electricity was shut off randomly multiple times without explanation. Staff was nice but did not have experience with hotel management software and insisted that we had not paid even though we booked through hotels.com. This is the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed at.

Service was excellent. Pool and swim up bar was great despite the major construction being done during our stay. Happy hour at the pool was great. Poolside dj and half price drinks. Breakfast buffet was easily the Best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Just wonderful. Everything such as beach and Bangla walking street, walkable from hotel.
