J'ai passé un séjour cauchemarde dans cet établissement pour 27 jours car j'ai choisi le séjour non remboursable. Les meubles, les fauteuils, les serviettes sont sales. Les rideaux ne sont jamais changé, Les fenêtres sont cassées, on ne peut pas les fermer. L'hôtel à fuir.

We found this place very comfortable. The bed is wonderful. The room is big.The balcony is exceptional. Call of you the food is good. The only issue I have is the perfume that they use in the cleaning products which is very strong, especially around the pool. I definitely would stay here again

I like the location of the hotel. I think the improvements should be the wireless service. It drops so frequently. The signal is not strong enough in the higher rooms to maintain a connection.

Unfortunately the swimming pool needs completely renewing all the tiles are cracked or misssing and covered over with a kind of pool liner which keeps floating up.
My room was to the rear of the hotel next to waste land where I was woken at 5:15am every morning due to cockerels
But the rooms were a good size and maids constantly cleaned them

Great service, hotel is a bit dated - but that was expected. Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite with reasonable price. Good option to have the kitchen, but recommend more dishes (plates of various sizes and a carving knife). Nice and quiet but a bit far from Soi Bhau Khau and surrounding dining, shopping and beach. Plan on 60 Baht motorcycle taxis every time you leave the hotel - but that was fine. Pool was okay, housekeeping was timely and everyone was friendly. Good covered parking if you drive your own car.

You will find a list of things not to do in the room.
Prices of damages per item if you caused one. Doors,glases and all that nonsense.kind of condenscendinng attitude if you will.despite the fact that you have to pay a deposit of 2000 baht as deposit before check in. Dont stay here if you love luxury and peace of mind.twice they tried to fix my tv and the third time i didnt even call them.the rooms are very spacious.sorry i will never return here

I love the size of room 1.5 bath. The staff were just amazing. Disappointed with the condition of the spa sauna in disrepair and there was an issue with the WiFi during my stay. However whenever I come to Pattaya I will try and stay here.

The internet is Terrible even with an extender.The house keeping needs improving.The whole time I was there they never cleaned the bathtub.One time they didn’t give any toilet paper as well.Unless you ask they don’t change the sheets.
