Hilton always delivers service that goes far beyond the highest standards. Truly overwhelming. If I visit Pattaya again next year, I will absolutely stay here. I can’t even imagine staying anywhere else. For me, Hilton Pattaya is the only choice—it’s nothing less than a world-class hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is in an excellent location. The hotel is immaculate. nice facilities, such as a pool, executive lounge, several bars and restaurant options.The staff is extremely helpful and housekeeping is thorough and prompt. There was quite a bit of noise in my room even though I was on the 30th floor. My suite had a balcony facing the beach and in a position to hear the street noise and the bands at nearby restaurants and clubs.

Mewah dari saat anda memasuki hotel Kakitangannya ramah, tersenyum, dan memberikan layanan yang baik. Semua orang cantik. Katil dalam bilik selesa. Bilik pemandangan laut dengan pemandangan penuh Pantai Pattaya Menginap di sini untuk menjalankan Larian Bikini, yang sangat memudahkan. Selepas berlari, naik lif untuk berehat. Anda tidak perlu berjalan kaki atau memandu jauh untuk berehat. Saya sangat kagum.

Kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan hotel. Saya datang bersama ibuku dan anak kecil saya berumur 4 tahun, bilik bersih dan mempunyai pemandangan laut, tingkat bawah adalah pusat membeli-belah besar, sangat mudah. Lobi hotel di luar mempunyai kolam besar, anak saya berada di sana sepanjang hari untuk bermain dan berenang, masa yang menyenangkan di pattaya!

Staff wasn’t so helpful at all….. wife was having stomach cramps and I asked the staff to translate it to Thai but they said no and use the translation app instead. I wanted to make sure the pharmacist understood what I was saying and not leave it to google translate (always messes up)

The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Room was spacious, clean and a super view. Shower etc 10/10 However having to pay extra fir premium wi fi was not fair, also prices around the pool and breakfast were very high. I had one breakfast, and then the remainder in local restaurants. Location very good.
