Enjoyed everything about this place. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pools and gym were great, especially Gym and the free tuk tuk that takes you down the road is also a bonus. The receptionist was super helpful with suggestions on what to do and you can also hire bikes from there. The smart TV is great for chill days and to occupy kids too. Will definitely be back again.

It's a new condominium with pool and gym. Unfortunately, floor is slippery when wet and some towel holders are loose already. Please add some essentials for kitchen such as salt, sugar, cooking oil and soap dish in the bathrooms. Otherwise it's full kitchen facilities. We liked the place actually. They provide tuk-tuk service to the beach area. Thank you!

Staff in the office were extremely helpful Even changed our apartment to accommodate us with a king size bed Big shout out and thank you to Peachy and Tan. Front desk friendly ladies who did try to help But be aware … What let the place down was the lack of maintenance which was definitely showing after 7 years of use. The photos you see on the website are of the new apartments NOT the used and abused ones we stayed in See my pictures for real up to date view Only on request towels changed every second day of our stay. What about a T-towel or change of bin? Very uncomfortable double bed in both accommodations. Old hard bed with dip in the middle where the mattress springs have failed Fixtures and fittings in need of updating Broken chair. Ring marks on all surfaces. Duty marks on bedroom wall Dirty marks on sofa Horrible black grout in bathroom Curtain hooks not attached Laundry room … washing machine filter ever cleaned??? Sorry to say I will not be booking again.

We loved staying at Horizon Residence, the complex is so clean and well maintained. Our apartment (2 bedroom) was lovely, we appreciated the modern interior and flat screen TVs with Netflix - all 3 of them!! Our apartment was cleaned daily with pool and bathroom towels changed daily too. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need; even washing up liquid and a new sponge was provided! We’re a family of 4, the second bedroom was set up as a double so our kids just shared the bed. Our apartment had a lovely outlook over the rear pool; the living room and 2nd bedroom were not overlooked by any other property so we really felt like we had total privacy. The staff are all very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately the complimentary tuk tuk service wasn’t operational during our stay but it wasn’t a problem, we just walked to the beach; it only took 7 mins or so, even with dawdling kids! Choengmon Beach is lovely, one of the nicest on the island so we felt very lucky to have it as our local beach. It’s a calm beach both in regards to waves and number of beach sellers!

We liked the Residence very much because modern and new. Nothing to complain about the apartement. The shop is big but has only few products. We wanted to extend our stay and speak with manager about options but we got no answer from managemant event after writing an e-mail and asking again at reception. The floor at the pool has not been cleaned since at least 5 days. So over very good but average managed, little improvements to be done. Walking to the beach is at least 12 minutes but you can ask for free tuk tuk until 5pm. Walking to main road for shops and restaurants is about 10 minutes. We would stay again here and would recommend this place to friends and family. We stayed two weeks

It's a really nice and clean condotel. Full of facilities that you would need and very spacious room. Unfortunately, there was a power outage for hours. I think the mgt really has to prepare for this kind of situation since it seems to happen pretty often on the island. Luckily, the power was back on around 10 p.m., otherwise; we wouldn't have known what to do that night. You may need to rent a car or a scooter for your convenience if you choose to stay here.

I booked the Horizon Residence following great reviews. While the property was very nice, I should comment on some of the limitations. It is not on the beach (not a surprise), you can walk or take the free tuk tuk (8:30-4:30). The road is narrow and you have to be very careful especially when walking with children. There is no restaurant on site which can be challenging as you have to go out for all of your food. Of course the apartment kitchen is well equipped and you can keep some items to cook up if needed. Rooms are serviced on request and the gym is actually quite good. Overall a very nice stay but next time we may opt for a smaller place closer to the beach.

Pragtfuld lejlighed. Alt i top. Vi havde en studielejlighed på 4 etage, hvor alt var nyt og fungerede efter hensigten. Så er man til afslapning et sted uden turistbusser, kan dette anbefales. Med til lejligheden hører lynhurtig netværk og Skyfilm club...så underholdningen er også hjemme, hvis man bliver "træt" af solen. Personalet er meget venlige og serviceorienterede. Ligger på et sted på øen i nærheden af alt. Butikker, strand og ellers kører personalet dig gerne.

很棒的住宿，酒店很好，有两个游泳池，房间宽敞干净，非常舒适。有免费的tutu车送到春蒙海滩，走路过去虽然不远，但是还是有一段距离，天气热不太适合走路过去。酒店的服务比较周到，前台可以联系租车，也可以租摩托。入住期间房间的清洁打扫的非常好。

We liked the Residence very much because modern and new. Nothing to complain about the apartement. The shop is big but has only few products. We wanted to extend our stay and speak with manager about options but we got no answer from managemant event after writing an e-mail and asking again at reception. The floor at the pool has not been cleaned since at least 5 days. So over very good but average managed, little improvements to be done. Walking to the beach is at least 12 minutes but you can ask for free tuk tuk until 5pm. Walking to main road for shops and restaurants is about 10 minutes. We would stay again here and would recommend this place to friends and family. We stayed two weeks

It's a really nice and clean condotel. Full of facilities that you would need and very spacious room. Unfortunately, there was a power outage for hours. I think the mgt really has to prepare for this kind of situation since it seems to happen pretty often on the island. Luckily, the power was back on around 10 p.m., otherwise; we wouldn't have known what to do that night. You may need to rent a car or a scooter for your convenience if you choose to stay here.

I booked the Horizon Residence following great reviews. While the property was very nice, I should comment on some of the limitations. It is not on the beach (not a surprise), you can walk or take the free tuk tuk (8:30-4:30). The road is narrow and you have to be very careful especially when walking with children. There is no restaurant on site which can be challenging as you have to go out for all of your food. Of course the apartment kitchen is well equipped and you can keep some items to cook up if needed. Rooms are serviced on request and the gym is actually quite good. Overall a very nice stay but next time we may opt for a smaller place closer to the beach.

Pragtfuld lejlighed. Alt i top. Vi havde en studielejlighed på 4 etage, hvor alt var nyt og fungerede efter hensigten. Så er man til afslapning et sted uden turistbusser, kan dette anbefales. Med til lejligheden hører lynhurtig netværk og Skyfilm club...så underholdningen er også hjemme, hvis man bliver "træt" af solen. Personalet er meget venlige og serviceorienterede. Ligger på et sted på øen i nærheden af alt. Butikker, strand og ellers kører personalet dig gerne.

很棒的住宿，酒店很好，有两个游泳池，房间宽敞干净，非常舒适。有免费的tutu车送到春蒙海滩，走路过去虽然不远，但是还是有一段距离，天气热不太适合走路过去。酒店的服务比较周到，前台可以联系租车，也可以租摩托。入住期间房间的清洁打扫的非常好。
