Checked out early, the pool was nice, the staff was fine, I think we didn’t know what to expect from Pattaya and if we did we would have paid a little extra to stay somewhere nicer.

Overall great hotel. Housekeeping was not as good as before. Didn't replenish toothbrushes, coffee or q tips unless asked to. Always good in the past but this time they were a little lax

Hotel amber is a good hotel. But don't buy the insurance hotel.com they are rude and don't try to help you if you have a problem. Only try to find a way to avoid covering your claim.

Hotel was great, and the staff were also great, the only downside was restaurant, maybe just bad luck but I ordered medium steak but came out very rare and chips were cold, apart from that will definitely stay again 😊

宿泊階の廊下などやや老朽化が見られますが、シャワーも暖かいお湯が豊富に出ますし、ロビーも良い香りがするし、食事も充実していると思います。 従業員もテキパキして笑顔で迎えてくれると思います。

While Hotel Amber does not categorize itself as a 5-Star hotel, it TRULY IS!
This absolutely is a top tier resort. Breakfast is fabulous as is the swimming pool area. The rooms are large and quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
What makes it even more luxurious is the integrity and care of every single member working within the property.
Everyone including the front desk personnel, dining room, pool area and house keeping staff are not only exceptional at their jobs, but EVERYONE is so kind and patient.
In addition, the room rate is so low in comparison to others in the city, Hotel Amber is an absolute ‘hidden’ gem!
Note: it’s incredibly quiet and safe especially when considering that within a short 45 second walk out of the front of the hotel you’re in the midst of Soi Buakhao.
I will miss Hotel Amber and all of the wonderful people there

I truly appreciate the centrality of this location, as it's conveniently close to everything. The street boasts exceptional dining and delightful coffee options. The hotel also offers in-house massages, a fantastic addition after a long flight. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the attention to detail from the front desk to the cleaning team exceeds all expectations. This hotel feels like a home away from home; secure, comfortable, and welcoming.
