Friendly staff, very helpful, very comfortable and rooms was immaculate. Staff helped me with luggage. Beds was very big and comfy. Pool was lovely. Restaurant is 24 hours which is amazing and the food is lovely and very well priced. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We are heading back to phuket before we leave and likely will be booking journey hub again. About 15-20 minute walk from beach and close enough to night life to have fun but far away so you can have a quiet nights sleep :) let me add the rooftop pool and patio was AMAZING. Laundromat and 7/11 right next door

The hotel was nice and friendly, located in a good general location too! Pool was nice and refreshing, gym was pretty small and standard but still useable. Only downfall was no balcony or opening windows so the room became very damp. Especially because the bathroom fan wasn’t very strong to suction out the steam of the shower as well. Overall good for the amount of nights we stayed/price we paid

We stayed one night at this hotel on April 14, 2025, as a stopover before continuing our journey to China after two weeks in Thailand. We didn’t stay in Phuket but chose this hotel solely for a one-night stay before our flight. I strongly advise against booking this hotel – it was a real disappointment. The common areas were dirty, and the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. Glasses and cutlery were not clean, and the food served was so unappetizing that we didn’t eat anything at all. At first glance, the rooms seemed okay, but upon closer inspection, they were also dirty. Superficially cleaned, but far from truly clean. What’s most shocking is that the hotel claims to have four stars. How that is even possible is beyond me. The pictures presented online do not reflect reality, so don’t be fooled. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at many different types of hotels, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Sure, it was cheap – but I’ve learned my lesson. In the future, I’d rather pay a bit more to avoid an experience like this.

Over all a good location friendly staff but the food is not very good it’s on the dryer side. The people on our level were slamming the doors and yelling all night as well as switching rooms and making the alarms go off and it was very irritating. There was one cleaner who was absolutely amazing and I never got their name but they wore orange lip stick. It was overal not a bad experience but it could of been better, I found it annoying how all the lounge chairs by the pool are broken in some way, nice to havere your water replaced daily as well as room service though and being greeted with a purple tea was very nice too

En mi estadía en Tailandia, este ha sido el peor hotel en cual me he hospedado. La habitación sucia, el baño y el techo tenía mood. Las toallas que parecían ser blancas, eran color crema de lo sucias e empercudidas que estaban. Las sillas de la piscina muchas estaban rotas. El cristal súper sucio. Los azulejos de la piscina muchos necesitaban el cooking. La verdad que este ha sido el peor hotel por lo sucio que lo tienen, asco daba estar ahí. Otra cosa, al parecer el dueño es de la India, porque el restaurante tenía un menú indú y habían muchos, pero muchos huéspedes de la India por lo tanto el olor a curry era muy fuerte.

Allt var bra men musiken som spelades ut mot restaurang och polområdet var för hög vilket förstörde mycket av upplevelsen så sänker dem volymen och har lite mer känsla för bra musik så kommer upplevelsen bli bättre.

Me and my son went in the pool and found that our eyes were stinging a lot. Not sure if they use something different to chlorine or if they over used it although I couldn’t smell chlorine. The biggest issue at this hotel was being woken up by reception staff. On arrival at the hotel I checked in as normal. They took photocopies of my passport etc. when booking on hotels.com I sometimes pay in advance or when I stay depending on choice by hotels and cash flow. I was shown to my room with my 12 year old son. We settled in around 3.45, went to the pool, ate and went back to the room for around 6.30pm. We had such a late night the night before and a trip that day I went to bed around 8 after my shower. I woke up to my son playing his phone around 9pm momentarily still in a good sleep. I told him to come off the phone and got to sleep which he did. I then heard noises again and told him off still in a descent sleep for him to say it’s not me it’s the phone. I asked him to answer it as it was on the other side of the room away from the bed. He came off and said the reception said something about the booking but didn’t understand what. I said we will sort tomorrow and go to sleep. At 9.45pm I hear banging at the door. 2/3 lots of knocking in thinking they will go away as I’m in sleep mode… they didn’t they continued to knock 5-6 times shouting. I spoke with the manager that apologised and offered 1000bart discount for a second night. I couldn’t sleep until 4am after.

Friendly staff, very helpful, very comfortable and rooms was immaculate. Staff helped me with luggage. Beds was very big and comfy. Pool was lovely. Restaurant is 24 hours which is amazing and the food is lovely and very well priced. Would definitely recommend a stay.

En mi estadía en Tailandia, este ha sido el peor hotel en cual me he hospedado. La habitación sucia, el baño y el techo tenía mood. Las toallas que parecían ser blancas, eran color crema de lo sucias e empercudidas que estaban. Las sillas de la piscina muchas estaban rotas. El cristal súper sucio. Los azulejos de la piscina muchos necesitaban el cooking. La verdad que este ha sido el peor hotel por lo sucio que lo tienen, asco daba estar ahí. Otra cosa, al parecer el dueño es de la India, porque el restaurante tenía un menú indú y habían muchos, pero muchos huéspedes de la India por lo tanto el olor a curry era muy fuerte.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We are heading back to phuket before we leave and likely will be booking journey hub again. About 15-20 minute walk from beach and close enough to night life to have fun but far away so you can have a quiet nights sleep :) let me add the rooftop pool and patio was AMAZING. Laundromat and 7/11 right next door

Allt var bra men musiken som spelades ut mot restaurang och polområdet var för hög vilket förstörde mycket av upplevelsen så sänker dem volymen och har lite mer känsla för bra musik så kommer upplevelsen bli bättre.

Me and my son went in the pool and found that our eyes were stinging a lot. Not sure if they use something different to chlorine or if they over used it although I couldn’t smell chlorine. The biggest issue at this hotel was being woken up by reception staff. On arrival at the hotel I checked in as normal. They took photocopies of my passport etc. when booking on hotels.com I sometimes pay in advance or when I stay depending on choice by hotels and cash flow. I was shown to my room with my 12 year old son. We settled in around 3.45, went to the pool, ate and went back to the room for around 6.30pm. We had such a late night the night before and a trip that day I went to bed around 8 after my shower. I woke up to my son playing his phone around 9pm momentarily still in a good sleep. I told him to come off the phone and got to sleep which he did. I then heard noises again and told him off still in a descent sleep for him to say it’s not me it’s the phone. I asked him to answer it as it was on the other side of the room away from the bed. He came off and said the reception said something about the booking but didn’t understand what. I said we will sort tomorrow and go to sleep. At 9.45pm I hear banging at the door. 2/3 lots of knocking in thinking they will go away as I’m in sleep mode… they didn’t they continued to knock 5-6 times shouting. I spoke with the manager that apologised and offered 1000bart discount for a second night. I couldn’t sleep until 4am after.
