Fantastic hotel!!! Stayed here 7 nights and would definitely stay here again. A few things that were let the experience down (which would have made it basically faultless): - Map & resort info (times, happy hours, activities) should be accessible through the rooms QR code, not just in the folder at reception - Room ordering via QR code is a great concept but things were only delivered once from 3 orders. - Toilet door in the room should be removed. Completely in the way of the toilet and it's see through anyway. It's very annoying. - Gym should open at 6am - A little more breakfast variations from day to day would have been nice, including hasbrowns one day and more Thai options. - It did not bother us but important for guests to realise there is a longish walk to the street from reception. We got a buggy down and walked back as there was not usually a buggy down there to bring us back. Everything else was fantastic. Rooms were so clean and spacious providing a relaxing mood. Shower and water pressure is perfect. Love how a bag, pool towels, and thongs are provided. Enjoyed the pool concept, the gym facilities, and bars. Especially would like to acknowledge the pool boys who were very attentive, especially when parents weren't responsibly watching their young children. The Moon Terrance staff who were so friendly, provided great service, and made delicious drinks to enjoy in such a beautiful environment. The room cleaners who did such a consistent and professional job.

O hotel dispõe de uma excelente infraestrutura, com uma piscina maravilhosa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosas, quartos novos e limpos. Apenas duas observação: O café da manhã não está no nível do hotel. Existe muitas opções para almoçar mas para tomar café não. Poucas opções de queijos, pães… deviam melhorar a qualidade. A segunda observação é que apesar da piscina ser maravilhosa, não é aquecida. Pra quem vai na época chuvosa na Tailândia, vai ter dificuldade de usar a piscina.

Metadee could be a cool place, and the rooms are definitely nice, but overall it is a quite weird experience. The design and the layout of the hotel just does not work. You need a buggy ride to enter or exit, because the road leading there is so long. I cannot recommend staying here. There were not that many highlights, but some strong negatives.

We would give this 10 stars if we could! This place is an absolute dream! We stayed here for a week and everything about this hotel was perfect, they really go above and beyond for their guests and they make you feel like VIPs. Centrally located and just a short distance from restaurants, local shops and of course the stunning beach of Kata. We would come back every year if we could, our children loved the food, they had the chance to try Thai cuisine and foods that they were familiar with when they just wanted something quick to eat. The hotel provide a shuttle service to the beach and also a golf buggy from the hotel to the end of the road for ease of walking in the heat. Book this hotel now, you will be so glad you did.

We had booked a couple of deluxe rooms at this property after reading the great reviews online. We were thoroughly disappointed to see the rooms when we checked in. They had a funky style, old furniture and mosquitoes to boot. Complained to both Expedia and Metadee. They resolved the situation spectacularly! Upgraded both our rooms to 2 separate villas!! The villas were huge improvement and made our stay memorable. Giving them 5 stars for their service. Shout out to Akira and Natcha at the front desk. And the staff around the lobby area. One of them went shopping for me for a duct tape ( to patch our broken bag) since the tape was not available in any of the nearby stores. Pool, facilities and buffet breakfast all great. Kamal’s hot fresh naans in the morning breakfast buffet will make ur day. Will definitely stay again, of course in the newer buildings ;)

Metadee is an excellent option for a relaxing and affordable Phuket vacation. Just 20 miles from the airport, the road is windy and will take you an hour or more from the airport. With that said, it’s across the beach from one of Phuket’s finest stretches of sand. The staff could not be nicer and the complementary breakfast every morning has tasty options for everyone. While extremely popular with Russian tourist, we heard many languages spoken around the resort, including Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Moore.

Meget fint hotel. Trukket tilbage fra hovedvejen, så der ikke høres trafik. Hotellet tilbyder gratis golfvognshuffle døgnet rundt fra lobbyen til hovedvejen, hvis man ikke vil gå den lille km. Vi havde booket en juniorsuite med pool udsigt, men fik ved ankomst en gratis opgradering til en juniorsuite med pool adgang. Det var lækkert ! Vi rejste med en baby på 6,5 måned og det gav nogle friheder ☺️ Der var også dejlig skygge på terrassen hele dagen, hvilket var nemt med baby. Kiggede dog misundeligt på villaerne på den anden side, der havde sol hele dagen og tænkte at den var perfekt, hvis man ikke rejste med meget små børn. Poolen var virkelig smuk og havde både skygge og sol, så det var perfekt til alle aldre. Værelset var fint rent og med de nødvendigheder man nu har brug for. Vi boede på rum 5120. Det eneste minus var at der ved bruseren var en form for vækst ved det varme vand. Og ved håndvasken faldt metalstykket ved den varme hane let af. Der var nogle få myg og derfor kunne jeg godt have manglet, at der var et myggenet over sengen til natten, bare til ekstra sikkerhed. Men alt i alt en god oplevelse. Morgenmaden var god og med nye variationer dagligt. Personalet var meget venligt. Klapvognsvenligt at komme omkring.

The room was poor. The key card didn't work consistently when put in the slot to give electricity meaning it cut out frequently. The air conditioning stopped working and I had to get an engineer to fix when I was trying to go to sleep. The lock on the door wasn't working correctly meaning the door would open when it should have been locked. it was generally tired and needs updating. Overall I felt for the price point the hotel was completely overpriced for what it offered. Finally the plastic folder at the check in desk highlighting the fines for guests is shocking. I've never seen anything like this in my life. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Metadee absolutely blew us away. The room was beautiful! Clean, spacious and had every amenity necessary. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - everyone was polite and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast service was AMAZING - so much selection, we were so pleasantly surprised. And everything tasted great. The pool was well kept and clean. The drinks were well made. It is about a 15 minute walk to Kata Beach but they do offer a shuttle to the front of the hotel which cuts off about 5 minutes of walking. Overall I am very impressed and would definitely recommend to any couple or family. It is a quieter resort, so not meant for people looking to party.

Helt fantastiskt hotel resort, tyvärr var vi en hel del sjuka under denna vistelse men allt var kanon även Gala middagen dom hade annordnat under Nyårs afton. Gymmet va helt kanon ocg frukost. Kommer gärna tillbaka igen.

A few things that were let the experience down (which would have made it basically faultless): - Map & resort info (times, happy hours, activities) should be accessible through the rooms QR code, not just in the folder at reception - Room ordering via QR code is a great concept but things were only delivered once from 3 orders. - Toilet door in the room should be removed. Completely in the way of the toilet and it's see through anyway. It's very annoying. - Gym should open at 6am - A little more breakfast variations from day to day would have been nice, including hasbrowns one day and more Thai options. - It did not bother us but important for guests to realise there is a longish walk to the street from reception. We got a buggy down and walked back as there was not usually a buggy down there to bring us back. Everything else was fantastic. Rooms were so clean and spacious providing a relaxing mood. Shower and water pressure is perfect. Love how a bag, pool towels, and thongs are provided. Enjoyed the pool concept, the gym facilities, and bars. Especially would like to acknowledge the pool boys who were very attentive, especially when parents weren't responsibly watching their young children. The Moon Terrance staff who were so friendly, provided great service, and made delicious drinks to enjoy in such a beautiful environment. The room cleaners who did such a consistent and professional job.

O hotel dispõe de uma excelente infraestrutura, com uma piscina maravilhosa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosas, quartos novos e limpos. Apenas duas observação: O café da manhã não está no nível do hotel. Existe muitas opções para almoçar mas para tomar café não. Poucas opções de queijos, pães… deviam melhorar a qualidade. A segunda observação é que apesar da piscina ser maravilhosa, não é aquecida. Pra quem vai na época chuvosa na Tailândia, vai ter dificuldade de usar a piscina.

We would give this 10 stars if we could! This place is an absolute dream! We stayed here for a week and everything about this hotel was perfect, they really go above and beyond for their guests and they make you feel like VIPs. Centrally located and just a short distance from restaurants, local shops and of course the stunning beach of Kata. We would come back every year if we could, our children loved the food, they had the chance to try Thai cuisine and foods that they were familiar with when they just wanted something quick to eat. The hotel provide a shuttle service to the beach and also a golf buggy from the hotel to the end of the road for ease of walking in the heat. Book this hotel now, you will be so glad you did.

We had booked a couple of deluxe rooms at this property after reading the great reviews online. We were thoroughly disappointed to see the rooms when we checked in. They had a funky style, old furniture and mosquitoes to boot. Complained to both Expedia and Metadee. They resolved the situation spectacularly! Upgraded both our rooms to 2 separate villas!! The villas were huge improvement and made our stay memorable. Giving them 5 stars for their service. Shout out to Akira and Natcha at the front desk. And the staff around the lobby area. One of them went shopping for me for a duct tape ( to patch our broken bag) since the tape was not available in any of the nearby stores. Pool, facilities and buffet breakfast all great. Kamal’s hot fresh naans in the morning breakfast buffet will make ur day. Will definitely stay again, of course in the newer buildings ;)

Metadee is an excellent option for a relaxing and affordable Phuket vacation. Just 20 miles from the airport, the road is windy and will take you an hour or more from the airport. With that said, it’s across the beach from one of Phuket’s finest stretches of sand. The staff could not be nicer and the complementary breakfast every morning has tasty options for everyone. While extremely popular with Russian tourist, we heard many languages spoken around the resort, including Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Moore.

Meget fint hotel. Trukket tilbage fra hovedvejen, så der ikke høres trafik. Hotellet tilbyder gratis golfvognshuffle døgnet rundt fra lobbyen til hovedvejen, hvis man ikke vil gå den lille km. Vi havde booket en juniorsuite med pool udsigt, men fik ved ankomst en gratis opgradering til en juniorsuite med pool adgang. Det var lækkert ! Vi rejste med en baby på 6,5 måned og det gav nogle friheder ☺️ Der var også dejlig skygge på terrassen hele dagen, hvilket var nemt med baby. Kiggede dog misundeligt på villaerne på den anden side, der havde sol hele dagen og tænkte at den var perfekt, hvis man ikke rejste med meget små børn. Poolen var virkelig smuk og havde både skygge og sol, så det var perfekt til alle aldre. Værelset var fint rent og med de nødvendigheder man nu har brug for. Vi boede på rum 5120. Det eneste minus var at der ved bruseren var en form for vækst ved det varme vand. Og ved håndvasken faldt metalstykket ved den varme hane let af. Der var nogle få myg og derfor kunne jeg godt have manglet, at der var et myggenet over sengen til natten, bare til ekstra sikkerhed. Men alt i alt en god oplevelse. Morgenmaden var god og med nye variationer dagligt. Personalet var meget venligt. Klapvognsvenligt at komme omkring.

The room was poor. The key card didn't work consistently when put in the slot to give electricity meaning it cut out frequently. The air conditioning stopped working and I had to get an engineer to fix when I was trying to go to sleep. The lock on the door wasn't working correctly meaning the door would open when it should have been locked. it was generally tired and needs updating. Overall I felt for the price point the hotel was completely overpriced for what it offered. Finally the plastic folder at the check in desk highlighting the fines for guests is shocking. I've never seen anything like this in my life. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Metadee absolutely blew us away. The room was beautiful! Clean, spacious and had every amenity necessary. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - everyone was polite and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast service was AMAZING - so much selection, we were so pleasantly surprised. And everything tasted great. The pool was well kept and clean. The drinks were well made. It is about a 15 minute walk to Kata Beach but they do offer a shuttle to the front of the hotel which cuts off about 5 minutes of walking. Overall I am very impressed and would definitely recommend to any couple or family. It is a quieter resort, so not meant for people looking to party.
