Nova Platinum Hotel

Excellent experience

Has changed a lot in 10 years since last stayed there is mostly people from India there now so nothing against them but to much of anything not good for me.Will not stay there again.Thank You

What I loved about this hotel was how friendly and efficient the staff were, got a nicer room than what I booked which was welcome. The room itself was pleasant and had everything I could need. The hotel itself caters very much for the Indian guest as such breakfast is largely curries however, there are regular options available but, mind the baked beans they have spices in them. What I disliked was there was a lot of groups of males hanging around the entrance some of whom were rude to the staff.

The property was at a good location with walking distance to walking street. Also it have several indian restaurants located near it so that one can dine it there.

The property had very friendly staff and was very close to the local markets and walking distance from the beach as well.

Was not happy that the A/C wasn't working and that the room was dirty and didn't feel / look sanitary. Would not rebook.

GreatHotel if single&wantWalking Street&OKwIndians. I rate only their executive wing only. They have some other buildings that i would not recommend. I love this place. Not for families or kids younger than 21 due to Walking Street and that entertainment venue. It is 99.9% Indian guests and they are nice and respectful. The hotel staff and building ( executive wing only!) is great. They did some nice updates. 10/10 rating:)!

Only for indians not thai or any one else not family hoteo, only one lift restaurant staff very rude as in you order have way though your meal they give u the bill and stand there waiting for you to pay as in say thats it pay now i have had that in any hotel, no hot water in room i will never stay here again i give it 0.1 star when i check out i never got asked was everything ok with your stay as in they know there service is very bad so why ask

Great place near walking street. Just know that 80% of guest are indian

Stayed there 9 days, luke warm water during shower 5 of those days… all better hotels have HOT water for shower. They say some excuse about “ cleaning system” but i’ve stayed there before and same problem. They’re being cheap.

We stay in the executive wing room size was great but very dirty.. House keep was usuing the same mon to everyroom. In 2 weeks she never cleaned to bathroom mirror or shower doors once.. we never use the balcony be ause she never cleaned it was muck of dirt. Reception and restaurant staff was nice. Pool bar had no white wine. Location wise ok easy to walk to walking street tuk tuk was in then door step but I don’t think we will stay ever again. We have been stayin Nova Park and Nova Gold last 12 yers but this hotel was the worst…

Never stay this hotel. It not clean. And I did had I we show in booking time.

インド人の人が集まる地域にあります。ウォーキングストリートや海まではあるいて10分くらいで、コンビニもあり便利です。 気になるところは、誰でもフロントを通らなくても部屋まで行けるため、セキュリティは良くないです。 あと、スタッフの人が驚くくらい親切でした。 全体的には良かったです。

Generally very dirty and worn down hotel inside and out. AC not working properly. Shower not working properly.

The pool and pool services were wonderful, had lots of time to go swimming
