Hotellet er et lidt ældre hotel og de er gået igang med at renovere pool’en, så der var kun åbnet for halvdelen. Til gengæld kørte de os uden beregning hen til et søsterhotel med gode pool faciliteter.
Personalet er meget søde og hjælpsomme og gør alt for at hjælpe. Vi havde lidt bøvl med wifi den aften vi kom og næste morgen havde de allerede sat gang i en tekniker der kørte på indtil alt spillede.
Når pool’en er færdig renoveret kan jeg på det varmeste anbefale radisson som overnatning i kamala

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room where my husband, our three children, and I stayed was right in front of the pool, and after breakfast, the kids changed in swimsuits to enjoy water play. Although it was disappointing that only half of the pool area was available due to maintenance, we were glad that we could use the pool at a sister hotel thanks to an offer from the hotel. The staff’s service was excellent, always greeting us with a smile and kind words. At the kid’s area, I felt that I can leave my kids in their care with peace of mind, and the children were VERY happy. The nearby beach area and restaurants are just about 10mins drive from the hotel and we enjoyed the beautiful beach scenery and the local townscape from the view of a taxi or tuk-tuk. This is a highly recommended hotel in Phuket.

The staff and the management were very helpful. I had some issues and since they couldn’t solve it they went above and beyond to be able to do so. The GM Christian was incredible and very helpful and accessible.

Ménage fais à moitié chambre sale et pas de service serviette non posée un jour sur deux et la comble impossible d’avoir un service bagage au risque d’être en retard à l’aéroport

A very disappointing hotel that feels like it should close for renovation. This should be accepting guests, and it definitely is not a five star hotel. The listing feels very misleading and I wish I’d paid more attention to the negative reviews. The staff kindly relocated us to the Radission Red, which was significantly better. Avoid.

I've been travelling around the world on different hotel standards, but this hotel is one of the worst I've ever experienced vs our expectations.
We decided to cut our stay short, evem though we were not able to obtain a refund from the hotel management. That basically tells you everything you need to know.
The hotel is fullt worned out, and rooms are exceptionally old. Cabinets falling off, bathroom sink hardly working and AC sounding like a jet motor. It's one of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept in - I would categorise it as Hostel standard.
Furthermore, the hotel is without elevators and we (a family of 5, including a baby with a stroller) were put three staircases up. The hotel staff respectfully listened to our complaints and offered a -1 floor room change or transfer to a sister hotel (which was even worse standard after I did an onsite visit).
I am shocked that the hotel did not offer to refund our remaining nights.
The water slide was temporarily closed without notification to us before arriving
You have to walk through an extremely bad smelling garbage area and cross a highway-like road to get to Kamala Beach

The hotel is old so not a lot to expect but let's just say the upkeep and cleanliness of the place isn't great
All the Sofas and chairs were smelly and dirty like they had never been washed
Had a problem with the showers keeping a single temperature,
Plates at the breakfast and cups from the pool bar were dirty like they hadn't been washed properly
Overall relatively poor-moderate grade in terms of cleanliness
Food was fine, drinks were good, pool is good, facilities ok
The gym was just... very old and not kept very well, sort of like the rest of the hotel

Property was okay and the rooms were fine but lots of noise nearby from a construction going on in the adjacent plot. Aircon in the room was quite noisy too. The breakfast selection was very good. Unfortunately the pool had small tiles coming off and some were scattered at the bottom of the pool which was very dangerous. Cleanliness average and lots of bugs in the area which meant the fumigation was not top notch considering this was rainy season. Kids were screaming most of the day around the pool area due to the water slide. Kids club was okay but again cleanliness was average so overall the general feel was basic.

원래 베트남 푸쿠옥 가려고 하다가 막판에 마음이 바뀌어 푸켓으로 급변경했는데 많이 후회했음.
방2개와 거실있는 큰 객실이었는데 샤워와 변기가 함께 있는 비좁은 화장실 1개만 있어서 4인 가족이 머물기에 너무 힘들었음.
시설은 낡았고 직원들은 불친절한 사람들이 대부분에 영어 못하는 분들도 많았음. 조식 퀄러티도 동남아 5성급 수준이 아니라 일반적인 3성급도 안될 정도이고 샐러드 볼 속에서 모기가 헤엄치고 새들이 테이블 사이를 날아다니는 정도로 위생 상태도 엉망이었음. 푸켓 여행 처음이라 푸켓이 오래된 관광지라 전반적인 리조트 상태가 이런 건지 여기만 이런 건지 잘 모르겠음. 어쨌든 이번 생에서는 푸켓 다시 올 생각이 없어졌음. 나름 미국, 유럽, 동남아, 서남아, 남미 등 다양한 국가 해외여행 많이 해봤다고 생각하는데 동남아에서 숙소에 실망하기는 처음임.

Hotellet er et lidt ældre hotel og de er gået igang med at renovere pool’en, så der var kun åbnet for halvdelen. Til gengæld kørte de os uden beregning hen til et søsterhotel med gode pool faciliteter.
Personalet er meget søde og hjælpsomme og gør alt for at hjælpe. Vi havde lidt bøvl med wifi den aften vi kom og næste morgen havde de allerede sat gang i en tekniker der kørte på indtil alt spillede.
Når pool’en er færdig renoveret kan jeg på det varmeste anbefale radisson som overnatning i kamala

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room where my husband, our three children, and I stayed was right in front of the pool, and after breakfast, the kids changed in swimsuits to enjoy water play. Although it was disappointing that only half of the pool area was available due to maintenance, we were glad that we could use the pool at a sister hotel thanks to an offer from the hotel. The staff’s service was excellent, always greeting us with a smile and kind words. At the kid’s area, I felt that I can leave my kids in their care with peace of mind, and the children were VERY happy. The nearby beach area and restaurants are just about 10mins drive from the hotel and we enjoyed the beautiful beach scenery and the local townscape from the view of a taxi or tuk-tuk. This is a highly recommended hotel in Phuket.

Dated, rundown hotel with visible signs of wear all around. Gives the impression of what was likely once a decent resort, but the entire property has been very clearly neglected for some time. Poorly maintained, with the customer service also subpar. Outdoor common areas would be nice if not for the multitude of issues, per the above.

Pas d’ascenseur, pas d’eau chaude pendant 3 jours
Ménage fais à moitié chambre sale et pas de service serviette non posée un jour sur deux et la comble impossible d’avoir un service bagage au risque d’être en retard à l’aéroport
Nul à éviter pire hôtel que j’ai fais en plus seule avec mes enfants !

A very disappointing hotel that feels like it should close for renovation. This should be accepting guests, and it definitely is not a five star hotel. The listing feels very misleading and I wish I’d paid more attention to the negative reviews. The staff kindly relocated us to the Radission Red, which was significantly better. Avoid.

I've been travelling around the world on different hotel standards, but this hotel is one of the worst I've ever experienced vs our expectations.
We decided to cut our stay short, evem though we were not able to obtain a refund from the hotel management. That basically tells you everything you need to know.
The hotel is fullt worned out, and rooms are exceptionally old. Cabinets falling off, bathroom sink hardly working and AC sounding like a jet motor. It's one of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept in - I would categorise it as Hostel standard.
Furthermore, the hotel is without elevators and we (a family of 5, including a baby with a stroller) were put three staircases up. The hotel staff respectfully listened to our complaints and offered a -1 floor room change or transfer to a sister hotel (which was even worse standard after I did an onsite visit).
I am shocked that the hotel did not offer to refund our remaining nights.
The water slide was temporarily closed without notification to us before arriving
You have to walk through an extremely bad smelling garbage area and cross a highway-like road to get to Kamala Beach

The hotel is old so not a lot to expect but let's just say the upkeep and cleanliness of the place isn't great
All the Sofas and chairs were smelly and dirty like they had never been washed
Had a problem with the showers keeping a single temperature,
Plates at the breakfast and cups from the pool bar were dirty like they hadn't been washed properly
Overall relatively poor-moderate grade in terms of cleanliness
Food was fine, drinks were good, pool is good, facilities ok
The gym was just... very old and not kept very well, sort of like the rest of the hotel

Un très bon séjour avec nos enfants (6 et 3 ans) dans ce super hôtel au calme. Les équipements sont très biens, à entretenir toutefois (quelques carreaux de piscine à renouveler) et le personnel très souriant! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Property was okay and the rooms were fine but lots of noise nearby from a construction going on in the adjacent plot. Aircon in the room was quite noisy too. The breakfast selection was very good. Unfortunately the pool had small tiles coming off and some were scattered at the bottom of the pool which was very dangerous. Cleanliness average and lots of bugs in the area which meant the fumigation was not top notch considering this was rainy season. Kids were screaming most of the day around the pool area due to the water slide. Kids club was okay but again cleanliness was average so overall the general feel was basic.

원래 베트남 푸쿠옥 가려고 하다가 막판에 마음이 바뀌어 푸켓으로 급변경했는데 많이 후회했음.
방2개와 거실있는 큰 객실이었는데 샤워와 변기가 함께 있는 비좁은 화장실 1개만 있어서 4인 가족이 머물기에 너무 힘들었음.
시설은 낡았고 직원들은 불친절한 사람들이 대부분에 영어 못하는 분들도 많았음. 조식 퀄러티도 동남아 5성급 수준이 아니라 일반적인 3성급도 안될 정도이고 샐러드 볼 속에서 모기가 헤엄치고 새들이 테이블 사이를 날아다니는 정도로 위생 상태도 엉망이었음. 푸켓 여행 처음이라 푸켓이 오래된 관광지라 전반적인 리조트 상태가 이런 건지 여기만 이런 건지 잘 모르겠음. 어쨌든 이번 생에서는 푸켓 다시 올 생각이 없어졌음. 나름 미국, 유럽, 동남아, 서남아, 남미 등 다양한 국가 해외여행 많이 해봤다고 생각하는데 동남아에서 숙소에 실망하기는 처음임.
