Sabai House

Great for a budget. Easy to walk everywhere, literally 2 min walk to beach and whatever you need. Linens wernt as clan as you would like, and the blanket is just a brown fleece which was not very nice. Other than that it was great.

Not good at all, many insects and bad service. We decided to switch place to another hotel

Terrible place. The room I booked was not available anymore. They put me in a room with no window, no AC. After arguing for 20 min, I got a room with AC but still no window.

Good location close to the beach fortunately off the busiest party beach, but was expecting more for this price. Blanket was some old fleece rag, air conditioner couldn't be turned on any different mode so options were hot or freezing during the night. Reception doesn't have a front door/lobby so doesn't feel very nice when any drunken person can just walk to your hotel door. Slept okay with earplugs but would've hoped to get a cleaner room for this price.

Not on beach. Go somewhere else.

Don’t expect much .. but very friendly staff and a decent place to sleep and shower extremely close to the beach a bit of a mission from the port

Wifi was slow, there was a cockroach in the room, bed sheets had stains on them, they don’t give you a blanket they give you a bed sheet, tv only had Thai channels.

Für wenig Geld zwei trotz etwas lautstärke in der Umgebung erholsame Nächte verbracht. Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert und waren sehr zufrieden im Sabai House gewesen zu sein.

Very good value top food it frustrates me they say they have TV but it only has Malaysia . Considering most tourism don't speck Arib it's no point in paying for the TV or having it .The Wi fi was good most times.

Kleine kamer zonder raam. Ze wilde eerst nog een slechtere kamer geven . Niet zoals op de website staat. Beide bazen beloven dingen die niet waar zijn mbt een geboekte excursie. Vriendelijk maar nep!

Beaucoup de bruit dans les environs jusqu'à très tard le soir. Koh oui oui est bien pour une journée mais lorsqu'il s'agit de dormir ça devient complique. Niveau fiesta et alcool vous êtes servi pour le reste oublié

Fint hotel for en enkelt overnatning men da vi var der var der ikke el eller vand mellem kl 09.00-16.00, hvilket var meget lang tid. Det var dog hele øren næsten så det var ikke noget hostellet kunne gøre for. Phi Phi er dyr, så man får hvad man betaler for :)

The reception staff were very sweet!! The room was very clean, the shower had shampoo and soap dispensers in it. The location was good. The food at the restaurant was great. I had the chicken panang and it was good and a decent price! The sandwiches were also very good. At night there was definitely a lot of noise but I don't get bothered by that so it was fine.

Cet hôtel est cher pour ce qu'il offre. Il est situé complètement au fond du labyrinthe de trottoirs de Koh Phi Phi. Après avoir franchi les portes menant à l'hôtel, nous avons été confronté à une odeur de moisissure. Heureusement à l'étage, l'odeur avait disparu, mais la chambre, elle, était un racoin éclairé par une petite fenêtre. À 56 $ canadiens la nuit, c'est très cher pour ce que l'hôtel offre. Il y a 10 ans au Cambodge et au Laos, je ne payais pas plus que 10 $ pour une chambre de cette qualité.

It was a place to sleep between sightseeing

Rummet var helt ok men absolut inget mer. AC lät väldigt mycket och det var extremt lyhört. Allt hördes. Tjejen i receptionen var inte den trevligaste heller. Dålig vattentryck och sista dagen hittade vi en stor kackerlacka på golvet. Det bästa med detta hotell är läget. Det ligger precis utanför där allt händer så man kan snabbt ta sig dit.

well, you get what you pay for, the only really bad thing is that is close to the madness of the parties at the beach. the monstrous loudspeakers make it seem they are right behind you while you are trying to sleep and this is no Mozart music......so we just left our paid nights and spent $180.00 for a hotel on the other side of the bay and you could STILL hear the night noise...sad for the beautiful island, that is overunned by backpackers that part all night and sleep all day....will not stay at this property again and perhaps the island...
