Excellent hotel. Fantastic value for money with super friendly and helpful staff. The location for us was perfect. A quiet beach with only a 10/15 min drive somewhere busier.
The breakfast included at the properties spoons restaurant was great, plenty of choice.
Highly recommend this property. The view from our villa and pool was sublime .

Skye Beach Hotel er et must sted. Vi var her nå for tredje gang på tre år. Det har blitt vår første stopp på sommerferien vår i Thailand. Store flotte suiter med sjøutsikt og privat uteplass og privat basseng. I år savnet vi frokost servert på rommet. De har nå åpnet restauranten Spoon litt lenger nede i veien, som frokosten var på. Nydelig mat på Spoon, men ønsker oss tilbake til frokost servert på rommet. Vakkert sted!

There’s no separate bedroom. The bed is inside the living room which makes it a studio and not a one bedroom villa.. the beach is not suitable for swimming. You need to get a taxi to drive 20min away to the nicer areas.

I booked the two bedroom villa with cinema. The Vila itself was ok but both bedrooms open up to the living room which allows no much privacy. The beach is not great and not suitable for swimming. The swimming pool in our room felt more like a water tanque and we used only once as didn’t feel like a proper swimming pool. Unfortunately we had to get a taxi to go to the nice areas about 20 min drive away.

Very nice Hotel positioned on a small section of beach, which was very quiet and enjoyable with paddle boards available for guests, which were great on the still waters. The villa was extremely comfortable with all amenities and the staff were very helpful, with a special mention to Pang on reception. The hotel also has a cafe - "Spoon" a short walk from the main building. The breakfast was freshly made each morning to order, with very generous servings, followed by a fruit platter. Staff at Spoon were also very good.
A couple negatives to mention - we stayed in a 1 bedroom pool suite, which was positioned in the main building on the ground floor of a 3 story building. The sound proofing in the room was not very good and unfortunately we were unlucky enough to have a very rowdy family in a unit directly above us, which resulted in being woken up numerous nights - even at 2am and 3:30am on separate nights. The sound traveled as though they were inside our bathroom. We mentioned to reception and they said they would have security keep an ear out for disturbances but we ended up having to buy ear plugs.
The only other minor negative is that the Hotel is located away from main areas, so unless you have transport, it costs between 350 to 400 baht each way to travel anywhere, even 1.2km to some local upmarket restaurants - but you can always walk. Local 7/11 and some local family restaurants are near by, as well as Spoon. Overall we loved our stay at Skye - except noise

This was a lovely hotel, both the property itself and the staff. I unfortunately broke my foot during an earlier part of my time in Thailand. This hotel was very accommodating. The staff was caring and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

This place was by far our favourite hotel of our trip! It was very clean, rooms were fully stocked with everything you need inc the kitchen. Cute little walk to the restaurant which was very clean and the food was excellent!! With many different options. Quick walk to the private beach. We even met the owners who were very friendly and accommodating :) staff were attentive and lovely. We will definitely be back soon!! Thanks Sky Beach

We were of too a bit of a rough start which is unfortunate at a hotel like this.
They corrected the mistake with a complementary pizza and a bottle of bubbles and a handwritten letter from management. Very professionel
Pool was beautiful overlooking the Ocean.
Nice spacious rooms
Breakfast was good, served at their restaurant.
Wish we could have more add ons for free in a hotel like this. Coffee was amazing. But you only get one cup unless you pay extra.
I really don’t know why I was not blown away by this hotel like Almost everybody Else.
Too high expectations maybe because everything was really good.
Located in a bit of Remote area. With two Young kids I would probably recomend a hotel closer to the center. Walking distance with a stroller though.

We stayed at sky beach hotel and what an experience it was so peaceful and quiet. Relaxing and the hotel would go above and beyond to meet your needs. Clean and such a beautiful room. The photos online didn’t do enough justice this place was heaven.

La camera è davvero fantastica, niente da dire. Ci sono però alcuni punti negativi, riscontrati in parte nella difficoltà di comunicazione con lo staff (che non parla inglese) ma soprattutto nella rumorosità delle stanze. Forse anche complici dei vicini poco educati, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio durante il soggiorno in quanto si sente davvero il minimo rumore, che risulta amplificato dalla grandezza delle stanze.
Abbiamo anche chiesto allo staff di redarguire i vicini, ma senza risultati.

Don’t usually write reviews but felt like I had to give this hotel one. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with great customer service. The room we stayed in was the 1 bedroom penthouse with the pool view over the ocean. It was honestly one of the best views you can get as you can catch the sunset if it’s not too cloudy.
The customer service was top notch! We even got complimentary champagne bottle on the second day. The staff were all very friendly and supportive. We did have some small issue with the kitchen sink and also got wrong breakfast once but staff were very responsive and solved the issues with no problem. Breakfast was delicious and very filling.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel! They also offer taxi transfer from and to airport for 500bht/way.
If I have to point out one negative point - it’d have to be the location. It’s a bit off central and there are not many cafe or restaurant choices nearby. Hotel does not have any restaurant either. However, it was no issues for us as ordering food via Grab was no problem. The hotel also offer food ordering services too.

Very nice room with great view and very kind staff. A bit far away from the lively part of Samui. Each day you have to choose your breakfast for the next day and it's served on a set time which isn't very convenient.Because of the tides of the sea it's almost impossible to enjoy the beach in front of the accommodation. I recommend to hire a scooter and explore the island and also to have dinner at Sopa (in walking distance from Skye beach). We had a great time but not too sure if I would book again for such a high price per night.....

Wish we could have more add ons for free in a hotel like this. Coffee was amazing. But you only get one cup unless you pay extra.
I really don’t know why I was not blown away by this hotel like Almost everybody Else.
Too high expectations maybe because everything was really good.
Located in a bit of Remote area. With two Young kids I would probably recomend a hotel closer to the center. Walking distance with a stroller though.
Really Nice with a pool just outside the door.

We stayed at sky beach hotel and what an experience it was so peaceful and quiet. Relaxing and the hotel would go above and beyond to meet your needs. Clean and such a beautiful room. The photos online didn’t do enough justice this place was heaven.

La camera è davvero fantastica, niente da dire. Ci sono però alcuni punti negativi, riscontrati in parte nella difficoltà di comunicazione con lo staff (che non parla inglese) ma soprattutto nella rumorosità delle stanze. Forse anche complici dei vicini poco educati, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio durante il soggiorno in quanto si sente davvero il minimo rumore, che risulta amplificato dalla grandezza delle stanze.
Abbiamo anche chiesto allo staff di redarguire i vicini, ma senza risultati.

Don’t usually write reviews but felt like I had to give this hotel one. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with great customer service. The room we stayed in was the 1 bedroom penthouse with the pool view over the ocean. It was honestly one of the best views you can get as you can catch the sunset if it’s not too cloudy.
The customer service was top notch! We even got complimentary champagne bottle on the second day. The staff were all very friendly and supportive. We did have some small issue with the kitchen sink and also got wrong breakfast once but staff were very responsive and solved the issues with no problem. Breakfast was delicious and very filling.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel! They also offer taxi transfer from and to airport for 500bht/way.
If I have to point out one negative point - it’d have to be the location. It’s a bit off central and there are not many cafe or restaurant choices nearby. Hotel does not have any restaurant either. However, it was no issues for us as ordering food via Grab was no problem. The hotel also offer food ordering services too.

Very nice room with great view and very kind staff. A bit far away from the lively part of Samui. Each day you have to choose your breakfast for the next day and it's served on a set time which isn't very convenient.Because of the tides of the sea it's almost impossible to enjoy the beach in front of the accommodation. I recommend to hire a scooter and explore the island and also to have dinner at Sopa (in walking distance from Skye beach). We had a great time but not too sure if I would book again for such a high price per night.....
