It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done!

워터파크때문에 이호텔로 예약한건데 공사중인걸 미리 확인을 못해 워터파크 이용을 못해 너무 아쉬웠어요
그리고 객실은 매우 노후되어 객실 또한 리모델링이 시급합니다
보기도 손님을 너무 몰아서 태워가고 빙빙 돌아서 오히려 걸어가는게 빠를지도….

La playa terriblemente sucia, llegando al hotel corrimos a ver el mar y oh decepción, basura por donde quiera. Aunque sea la playa pública, el hotel debería intervenir para limpiarla y conservarla limpia al menos por responsabilidad social y la imagen ante sus huéspedes, pero al parecer no es importante para ellos.

I was disappointed that the hotels waterpark was closed and I didn’t find out until a day before my check in. And they offered nothing to accommodate that huge disappointment.It’s the whole reason I booked there. The drivers were very nice. But customer service as a whole was not very good. The pool and the resort was beautiful. I think if the water park were open it would have been ok. We were def not a fan of the food there

It was not what we expected. The room was fine, had everything one would need, however our bathroom had a leak and water was puddling on the floor. They are right next to the airport, which means you can hear planes most of the day. The water park was unfortunately in need of major maintenance. The wave pool was broken, which was what our kids wanted to do the most and there were other areas that were closed. Paint was chipping everywhere in the water park and at the pools. We frequented the pool near the beach, which was nice.

敷地が広く、バギーで送迎してくれるのは良いが待ち時間があったりで良し悪し。
浴室にバスタブとシャワーブースがあったがバスタブの栓が開かず湯を流せなくて困った。スタッフを呼んでも解決せず、以降はシャワーのみを利用した。
ランドリーやタオル補充のためフロントにかけて呼んでも全く部屋に来てくれず、近くの部屋を掃除しているスタッフに声をかけて何とかした。
ウォーターパークはメインターゲットが中学生以上くらい？小さい子向けのエリアもあったが、うちの7歳と3歳には普通のプールでも良かったかも。
近所のSiam Dragon(?)という店は美味しかった。

One of the best resort. Everything is in one roof. Walking distance to local restaurants if you don't want to eat at the resort restaurants. We had a great time at the waterpark which you have unlimited access staying at the resort. The swimming pool and the beach are both good too.

It was a fun hotel but it was too big for us and you had to get buggy carts anywhere to the hotel. We booked the 2 bed penthouse with pool but the pool tiles were broken. Overall a fine hotel for a quick pit stop before flying home and the water park was fun but a bit tired.

Ww absolutely loved our stay at Splash Beach Resort. I do not understand some of the poor reviews! The staff are extremely helpful and caring, accomodation was fantastic. Everywhere was super clean. Resort is huge and the they provide a great shuttle service from rooms to pool/beach/restaurants. We ate at the resort a few times and food always tasty. Breakfast a little cold at times but can have items cooked to order. Always got a table. Has Mai Khao beach behind the resort which was stunning and had.a viewing area to see planes taking off and landing. Airport noise did not bother us in the slightest. Great water park, pools and some evening entertainment. In walking distance there's a few restaurants and shops and bit further out there's more (a few pounds in a tuk tuk gets you miles!) The staff were very good, always a smile for you. Definitely would return.

敷地が広く、バギーで送迎してくれるのは良いが待ち時間があったりで良し悪し。
浴室にバスタブとシャワーブースがあったがバスタブの栓が開かず湯を流せなくて困った。スタッフを呼んでも解決せず、以降はシャワーのみを利用した。
ランドリーやタオル補充のためフロントにかけて呼んでも全く部屋に来てくれず、近くの部屋を掃除しているスタッフに声をかけて何とかした。
ウォーターパークはメインターゲットが中学生以上くらい？小さい子向けのエリアもあったが、うちの7歳と3歳には普通のプールでも良かったかも。
近所のSiam Dragon(?)という店は美味しかった。

Rooms are very big!
Reasonable price.
Nice pool area, beach and even free water Park entry.
Nice breakfast.
Room cleaniness could be better.
Some noise came from hallway.
Waterpark is quite old and The condition is not The best.

One of the best resort. Everything is in one roof. Walking distance to local restaurants if you don't want to eat at the resort restaurants. We had a great time at the waterpark which you have unlimited access staying at the resort. The swimming pool and the beach are both good too.

It was a fun hotel but it was too big for us and you had to get buggy carts anywhere to the hotel. We booked the 2 bed penthouse with pool but the pool tiles were broken. Overall a fine hotel for a quick pit stop before flying home and the water park was fun but a bit tired.

Ww absolutely loved our stay at Splash Beach Resort. I do not understand some of the poor reviews! The staff are extremely helpful and caring, accomodation was fantastic. Everywhere was super clean. Resort is huge and the they provide a great shuttle service from rooms to pool/beach/restaurants. We ate at the resort a few times and food always tasty. Breakfast a little cold at times but can have items cooked to order. Always got a table. Has Mai Khao beach behind the resort which was stunning and had.a viewing area to see planes taking off and landing. Airport noise did not bother us in the slightest. Great water park, pools and some evening entertainment. In walking distance there's a few restaurants and shops and bit further out there's more (a few pounds in a tuk tuk gets you miles!) The staff were very good, always a smile for you. Definitely would return.
