Booked for 3 nights at the start of our Phuket trip. Room was amazing, we booked a pool villa with an incredible view of, and access to, the private pool. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from the beach. The hotel had no food facilities, but provided a room service menu. The service was outstanding, the team arranged taxis when required.

Much too expensive for the service. No soap neither for hands neither for shower. very basic accommodation. No telephone in the room for calling reception. Kind personnel but not professional. Clearly understaffed.

The drive by appeal is way different than the impression once you enter the hotel grounds. It is a blissful oasis. Plan to spend a bit longer here. Great beaches are close enough so save the cost of oceanfront property and enjoy an extensive pool system right out your room doors and patio. Huge modern room with huge bathroom as well as outdoor shower. It is parade.

Wow!!!! I wish I could’ve stayed in this hotel longer it is so beautiful the two young ladies who greeted us at the door made us feel very welcomed!!!! they were so sweet and professional it was pouring rain and they were waiting for us with umbrellas they even walked us to our villa holding umbrellas for us so we wouldn’t get wet the room was beautiful we had a swimming pool I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The room was huge!! outdoor shower and indoor shower high ceilings!! The pool was so beautiful , felt like I was staying in a five-star resort what made it even more special where the two young ladies who greeted us. They are the stars of this property!!🌸

great stay in a very nice villa with pool access. the team is outstanding and very helpful. Jasmine organizes everything, easy communication via Whattsapp. Excellent breakfast in the neighboring café and is also possible to have it delivered to the villa. the pool is very clean and quite long so perfect for swimming. The beach with many restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The hotel also has a shuttle to the beach. here you can have an excellent dinner. we also had wonderful cinema nights by the pool! all in all a perfect stay, we would love to come back.

Jasmine and the rest of the T-Villa staff are FANTASTIC! I have never experienced better service. My 1-week stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The bed was comfy, the pool was great and I really like the outdoor shower, although my room had an indoor shower as well. The next time I return to the north of Phuket, I will definitely stay at T-Villa again. And when I do, I will visit the elephant sanctuary, which I believe is only 20-minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
