This property is amazing. K2 and Aomen are excellent staff! We stayed in a Baray Villa, which exceeded all expectations. The spa was very nice and the food was excellent and very reasonable priced. Will definitely return on our next trip to Phuket! I would rate ten stars if possible.

We arrived 4 hours before check in and they let us in our room. Outstanding after a 34 hour flight! The property is so beautiful and quiet and the smell.is amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Always a taxi available if needed and great location for walking to Kata beach (10 min) or Karon beach (15min). Tons of shopping all around hotel and eating. The hotels spa was also a bonus. If you haven't booked a place in Phuket look.no further. You will not be disappointed!

The effort made to make everywhere smell amazing, lemon grass scent wafting with subtle music playing transported you far far away from the bustle outside the hotel. The pictures simply don't do the feeling of this hotel justice - it is genuinely amazing!

We loved the accommodations of being able to swim in our private area and go into the common area as desired. The staff were very accommodating, polite and service oriented. I would totally revisit again as we had an amazing time! We loved the aesthetics for the Thailand feel and was perfect for what we wanted in a vacation which was to celebrate my sons new marriage with him and his new wife. Hands down the best resort I have ever stayed in. The living quarters are unbelievably magnificent in that one gets the feeling they are in a palace. Having a jacuzzi within the unit that also leads to a stream alongside the resort is just spectacular. The decor throughout the resort is incredibly cultural and takes you back in time. If I can give an even higher rating, I would. Should I return, I would stay here without a doubt.

Beautiful resort that I regretted didn’t stay here from the beginning in Phuket. I booked pool access Villa. There is a swimming pool for Villa customers only which is clean and quiet. The other side’s swimming pool was good too. Night time lights up underneath the pool, looks lik milkway But don’t leave any food outside!!! My fault to leave an in finished corn on the night table n there were tons of ants on in morning!

No doubt when this hotel was new it was phenomenal.The pool access room interiors are spectacular, although our room was starting to show signs of needing some TLC in places. The staff could be more friendly and a be a bit more attentive. Most of the time when we asked them questions, it felt like we were bothering them. The swim out of room pool was great, our daughter loved it, even if the water was a bit on the cool side. Unless you get to breakfast early, the dishes of food are often near empty, but in general the local dishes are tasty enough. The hotel seems to cater for mainly Chinese guests, or at least when we were there it did. Overall, it is a small piece of paradise nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of Kata, with lots of restaurants and spa massages nearby. The beach is a 10 minute walk and was decent enough. Word of warning, if you need to use the local taxis, once they know you are staying at Sawasdee, they hike the price of the fare up! All said and done, with some minor renovation and staff training, this hotel would deserve to be rated 5 star.

The Villa felt grand and spacious and the Village itself was huge with 3 pools adn lots of quiet and chilled spaces. About 15mins from Patong should you want to go into the Town area but away and close to the nice beaches.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My expectations were high because of the beautiful photos, but it was so much better in person. There is a nice beach close by and lots of good restaurants. Honestly, we enjoyed the pool and hotel accommodations so much that we stayed at the pool a lot! What can I say ! From the moment you walk off the local street you are transported to a paradise where from ground to ceiling every detail ornate finishes peace and quiet takes you to a place like no other , we stayed in a 2 story villa with the use of Ll 3 pools including our on room jacuzzi and private villa pool access , fantastic

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My expectations were high because of the beautiful photos, but it was so much better in person. There is a nice beach close by and lots of good restaurants. Honestly, we enjoyed the pool and hotel accommodations so much that we stayed at the pool a lot! The staff was friendly and the spa was one of the best!
