Kakitangan adalah pemandu yang sangat baik, bersemangat dan juga memperkenalkan kami kepada restoran yang lazat yang dipanggil nombor 6. Saya menilai hotel ini sangat bijak dan canggih secara keseluruhan. Di dalam bilik sarapan, terdapat carta yang menunjukkan waktu yang sibuk dan yang mana sunyi untuk dipilih oleh tetamu. Terdapat juga penimbang bagasi, jualan kad sim, jualan kopi, dan makanan penuh. Apabila datang ke Phuket, anda harus menginap di hotel ini kerana ia adalah mudah untuk pergi ke cf viewpoint, bandar lama, pasar malam patong,.. atau pergi melancong ke pulau phi phi. Satu-satunya titik tolak ialah tandas tidak direka dengan baik sehingga ia agak lembap.

The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to food, entertainment, beach + easy transportation options. Great internet access. Amazing views of Patong Beach and the mountains. The rooftop pool was a major plus. If I had a complaint, the bed could be softer. It was rock hard for me.

This wasn’t my first stay at Marina Phuket Hotel, but compared to last year, it wasn’t as pleasant, so I’m giving it 3 stars. The rooftop pool is still a standout – gorgeous views and perfect for relaxing. Most of the staff were lovely and welcoming, which I appreciated. But being placed on a lower floor meant constant noise from the surroundings, making it hard to unwind at any time. The minibar was another hassle – it defrosts every time you leave the room and remove the key card, unlike other hotels with a separate circuit, so you’re waiting for cold drinks when you return. Also, one evening, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly, which wasn’t the vibe I remembered from before. Last year’s stay felt smoother overall, but it’s still an okay spot with some fixes needed.

兎に角、新しい建物なので水回りも綺麗で小アリも見かけず快適でした。
強いて難点を挙げれば、廊下に通ずる壁のみ薄いので子連れや、廊下の足音に極度に敏感な方はお勧めできないかな。
屋上のプールも清潔で、サンセットも綺麗に見えます。スタッフさんも優しく、快適に過ごせました。

There are two issues here, poor maintenance and the lack of action once you speak to reception. To start we were given a room with an odd smell and brown water, we complained and were sent a maintenance worker who did nothing but run the water until it was slightly less brown and then say it was fixed… it was still brown. We then asked to move rooms and were taken to a room that was not yet cleaned with underwear left on the floor and body spray left, we were then taken to another room with the same odd smell and brown water and then we were kindly given an upgrade to the deluxe suite which had not been cleaned properly as the surfaces were sticky. Finally we moved to the room we ended up staying in, I have never moved rooms once before this. Our compensation? An “upgrade” to this room (issues below) and a fruit plate…
Now while we ended up staying in the room we asked for the toilet to be unblocked more than 5 times and as I leave today it remains blocked. The reason we had to ask so much was it seems no one responds to the receptions requests so they said someone would be there and they wouldn’t be. We had the same issue with our laundry which hadn’t arrived a day after they said it would. When we called they said “it’ll be at the room in five minutes”, far later my partner had to collect it himself downstairs to the surprise of the reception staff.
The room was fine but as past comments have said cleaning often had to be requested and chased up as did water refills.

The shower leaked water into the bathroom, I was told at check in I can have a 1 hour extension grace period when checking out due to my flight being late, at checkout time, they did not honor that grace period extension. The manager was very rude. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
