I stayed 2 months was that good

walk to tree town is 5 minutes, nice and quiet and good size room.

The room is nice and large. The bathroom is by far the best I have had in Thailand, mainly due to the sliding door separating the shower area from the toilet. It has a nice size balcony. The pool is of a good size. The only negative thing that we had was because we were located on the second floor, right behind where the motorbike taxi’s hang out at the entrance. Because of this we were frequently hearing noise from motorcyclists and from them talking.

Fistly this is a budget hotel, my room 504, was a good size, and the shower was excellent, room cleaned daily, and a balcony you could sit outside on, but thats where the good news ends. ANTS, everywhere, no matter what i did, in the bed, sink, bin, just everywhere. The air con made a noise, and after maybe 4 hours you could feel it taking affect, in my case it gave me a terrible sore throat. The bed was big, but not very comfy witch poor quality linen and pillows. The frisge either froze everything or just made a noise. I never ate there, or used the tiny pool, TV worked ok. WORD OF WARNING, make sure you identify anything in the room that is damaged, stained, ripped broken, as they will make you pay for it, in my case there was a small cut/nick in the duvet/quilt, maybe 1cm long, I was made to pay 1000 Baht for this, then all they did was put a 10 Baht patch on it, not amused. The girl on reception 6 days a week was pleasant enough, but you could tell that she was constantly thinking of ways tto get more money out of the guests. Location wise it was ok, 15 minute walk to Soi Bukhao, motor bike taxis just out front, laundry also and a little Thai shop for cold drinks. 10 minute walk to BIG C shopping, where you can get pretty much anything you need. I had booked for 24 nights, but left 8 days early as i was so uncomfortable staying there. Would i recommend it, for a few nights yes if your on a tight budget, otherwise no, not with the amount of choice you have in Pattaya.

Very bad Internet in room, must go to Lobby

Stayed for just over a week, staff all good but hotel rooms were dated, and location was the main issue for me slightly out of 3rd road a good ten minutes walk to my usual place soi buakhow.

Excellent customer services, staff very kind and gentle.

Best bang for your buck

Very good

Very nice pool in the garden, calm and cosy surroundings, close to best little family restaurant (Grandma’s House), walking distance to several 7-11, Big C, Foodland (supermarket). Nice duvets, dirty floor in room, no bedside lamps. Not much service at reception but ok for independent travelers. We liked the hotel and returned for a longer period.

Just a nice easy place to stay. It was very quiet. Great for the money
