The Samui Beach Resort

The hotel is quite run down, the room was given to me very early which was great. But there was long black hair all over the floor. And a lot of dust. The blanket was also in a grey case that didn’t seem fresh. I had to ask the housekeeper to change the bedding. The bathroom also had hair everywhere especially near the drain. There are no beach loungers on the beach and the area where the loungers are by the pool is pretty messy. The breakfast is not good very simple and cold. No blow dryer in the room. And the AC points right at the bed so at night it’s pretty uncomfortable since it blows right at you. There was an incident when a very loud drunk man was banging on the door in the middle of the night and yelling. The first time I called the front desk someone came by but the drunk man must of gone downstairs and they missed each other but when he came back I called several times and they only camy by much later. So it definitely didn’t feel safe or secure. People smoke all over the property especially on the balcony so you can’t even enjoy yourself and the fresh ocean air.

Tres bien placé plage nickel, dommage la seconde nuit très bruyante, porte qui claque , pas de respect .

Nous sommes arrivés de nuit, la chambre était top. Malheureusement, les déceptions se sont accumulées le lendemain dès le matin. Le petit-déjeuner est quasi inexistant (pas de choix, Nescafé pas de café filtre, les deux grille-pain hors service, jus d’orange congelé). Tables et chaises collantes, déchets partout dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel, et même des sacs poubelle pleins au milieu du jardin et pas débarrassés ! A part la façade et les chambres, l’hôtel semble laissé à l’abandon. Nous avons préféré partir après deux jours.

Great location with beautiful pool and access to beach is convenient. Shops and night markets are 10-15 min walk away. Extended my stay an extra night due to its convenient location and grounds. 5/5

Very friendly staff, room was clean, but the rest of the hotel is in really bad shape. Trash everywhere that sat around for days. Pool bar not open, broken sun beds sitting in a pile, broken wooden decks, lots of rust. The whole place seemed just very badly maintained and sort of abandoned.

A part l'emplacement qui est bien et la réceptionniste super (Miss NArm) qui se bat pour que ca marche a peu près , tout le reste est a jeter ! Il y a le patron qui vit dans le lobby, mange , dort, telephone.... tout est a rénover , les poubelles ne sont pas enlevées, il y a des mauvaises odeurs et des déchets partout... Un hotel à l'abandon et un rapport qualité prix tres mauvais ... Fuyez !

lækker pool men skraldposer ved liggestole området. der er ikke nogen restaurant åben der er ikke nogen åben poolbar så ikke muligt at købe noget, grill heller ikke tilstede 2 barer ja de gemmer sig også i forhold til hvad hotels skriver i faciliteter. mange steder er der løse brætter ved de 2 steder hvor man kunne sættet på træværket mod havet var der sat afmærket stibet plactik var ved at falde sammen. flink personale der gør hvad de kan

This property is only good for location on the beach. It is 30min walk from main chaweng nignt life and the rooms are so small. The air conditioning did not work, showers are dirty. The place is over all old and no gardening is taken care of. Staff are great as all thai people are.

Lever højt på lokationen. Udemærket værelse, med små mangler, som en dør til altanen der ikke ville låse (der var dog pengeskab) og et blandingsbatteri der kun kunne lava og is, og ikke rigtigt noget indimellem. Morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd. Men det mest udtalte var larmen. Der var konstant støj og man kunne høre naboer og folk på gangen hele tiden (dårligt lydisoleret). Men det ligger lige til stranden, det skal det dog have og virkelig en lækker strand.

Nice beach & swimming pool. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast could have been much better: instant coffee & the minimalist of choices, and underwhelming quality.

Le personnel au top mais l’hébergement est très moyen pour son prix , on paye que la vue Pas d’eau chaude à la douche , baie vitré déboîtée, pas de parasol à disposition pour la plage et pas de transats pour la piscine sauf ceux qui ont réservé les chambres du bas , pas de restauration et pas de bar ! Je le recommande pas

Zimmer war das Einzige was noch ok war. Umgebung ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. WIFI wie vor 20 Jahren, meistens lief es gar nicht. TV mit drei Sendern. Die Strandlage war gut.

This hotel its good

Die Hotelanlage ist leider ziemlich abgelebt - schade, denn die Anlage hätte wirklich Potenzial. Das Zimmer an sich war allerdings geräumig & sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - es ist direkt am Strand gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen 7/11 und einen super Obsthändler. Wenn man die Straße Richtung „Haven“ läuft, findet man unzählige Restaurants und ist mitten im Geschehen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt finden wir das Hotel trotzdem ausreichend.

We checked in at night. They had an inexperienced girl handling the desk. My friend went to three rooms before they got him settled. They actually barged inon a couple. My room was never cleaned in three nights even after I asked about it, nice room but seemed somehow unfinished. Wasn't really happy. Not horrible.

For those in the bottom floor, watch out for splinters in your feet. Begged for 4 days to fix my hot water, to no avail. Housekeeping were no where to be seen. When they did turn up I was given dirty towels. Owner couldn’t care less and there is no chance if a refund. However view from 3rd and 4th floor were stunning

There were bags of garbage on the property never picked up in the 5 days we stayed. Our room was not cleaned even once. Had to ask for clean towel and toilet paper daily. Heard other complaim they had room cleaning sign out all day and still had to ask for service at the front desk. An older man always sleeping in the lobby area, might be part manager. Often saw him yelling with another man who could have been a manager as well, or related father/son? The beds were hard like cement and the pillows were so thick and hard as a rock. We booked this resort because of proximity to beach, which was great! But false advertising as there isnt really a restaurant. Open for breakfast of which we REFUSED to eat at, as had cold fried eggs, a bit of lettuce and cut up tomato. Most resorts have nice coffee machine with latte and cappuccino options. But nope they serve nescafe and you need to boil your own water. We arrived and our room wasnt ready, as air conditioner wasnt working. They were nice enough to upgrade for one night at no additional charge. However while waiting to see if a/c could be fixed front desk staff told us to go to the restuarant, order food and have a drink. We were completely ignored for over 20 minutes. When asked to order a drink the lady in broken english motioned no. So no restaurant and no 2 bars. Looks like the pool bar has never ever been set up. This could be a GORGEOUS property with proper management and a bit of elbow grease. Never again! Be warned

Was a very bad experience.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht wegen dem Hotel. Jeden 2. tag müssen wir reklamieren, dass das zimmer nicht gemacht wurde. Von bisher 10 tagen hatten wir 5 tage kein warmwasser. Der TV geht nicht, licht balkon defekt. Frühstück sehr dürftig… Wir haben viel geld bezahlt. Dieses hotel ist es absolut nicht wert. Der pool ist nicht sauber, anlage heruntergekommen. Chef schläft im lobbybereich. Nehmen sie das hotel aus ihrem angebot!Auch jetz warten wir wieder auf warmwasser.Wir erwarten eine rückerstattung
