Hotellista huomaa, ettÀ asiakkaita on melko vÀhÀn. Myös henkilökuntaa on ehkÀ liian vÀhÀn yllÀpitÀmÀÀn aluetta ja paikkojen siisteyttÀ. Kaikki työntekijÀt, joita kohtasimme olivat kuitenkin todella ystÀvÀllisiÀ ja hoitavat työnsÀ hyvin. Toivottavasti hotellilla riittÀÀ tulevaisuudessa asiakkaita, jotta paikkoja voidaan yllÀpitÀÀ. Hotelli sijaitsee hieman syrjÀssÀ, luonnon keskellÀ ja omassa rauhassa. Allasalue ja aamiainen ovat todella hyvÀt.

Au vue des commentaires, je me suis inquiĂ©tĂ©e mais vite oubliĂ© une fois sur place. Des rats, il n'y en a pas. Il y a des chats, des bĂȘtes, j'en ai pas vu Ă  part les moustiques mais une bombonne de spray pour l'air au 7/11 et un anti moustique on fait l'affaire. On est plongĂ© dans la jungle avec une magnifique piscine avec une cascade. Le personne est super attentionnĂ©. Aucun problĂšme de comprĂ©hension. Il nous comprenne trĂšs bien pour le choix du petit dĂ©jeuner ou pour un repas.La chambre Ă©tait toujours propre. Les draps ont Ă©tĂ© changĂ©s durant notre sĂ©jour. il y a une carte Ă  cet effet lĂ  dans le panier. Franchement trĂšs bel hĂŽtel il devait ĂȘtre super avant le COVID. Dommage qu'il soit presque abandonnĂ©e car un trĂšs bel Ă©crin. Merci encore pour ce fabuleux sĂ©jour.

Une catastrophe, Ă  fuir, l’hĂŽtel n’est pas entretenu. Nous avions choisi cette Ă©tablissement pour son cĂŽtĂ© nature ( jungle) et surtout les infrastructures proposĂ©es ( yoga, sauna, hammam
) ses services sont inexistant ou laissĂ© Ă  l’abandon (voir photos) , les chambres sont vieillissantes et mal nettoyĂ©es, le personnel est gentil mais incompĂ©tent , Ă  l’accueil on ne nous a pas prĂ©cisĂ© que l’on pouvait bĂ©nĂ©ficier d’une navette pour aller dans l’autre Ă©tablissement en bord de mer ( dont nous ignorions l’existence), on l’a dĂ©couvert le dernier jour, Je ne comprends pas que le site HÔTEL.com propose ce genre d’établissement, surtout que nous avons payĂ© relativement cher pour cet hĂŽtel

The worst experience ever and I will never recommend this place to anybody! First of all the room has a very bad smell, and you can’t stay in there to sleep. Secondly the bathroom was dirty, bedroom very small, full of dust and dead insects everywhere, linen wasn’t changed upon arrival. AC has loads of mould in it and probably that’s the reason of the bad smell of room. There was no hot water for the entire day, and we have asked some other people around and they were having the same issues with the hot water and the condition of the room. Customer service is unbearable, reception not operating in the evening even if on the schedule is open until 22:00, after 6pm nobody was in there to assist us with the situation. We have called several times all the numbers offered on the website and in the room with no success. The next day we have been to the reception to complain and the receptionist simply don’t care about customers, no management around to talk to either. We have left the place because we didn’t want to ruin our holiday staying in a disgusting place like that.

We didn’t like the way the property handled our situation. My husband was having to panicked attack and we ask for help from the manager. The room was too small, didn’t even fit our luggages. After checking in my husband couldn’t stay in the room so we left and had to looking for other hotel right away. We made reservations for 4 nights and we only stayed for a night and had to leave. But I left the message to the manager and told reason. No one response and willing to help out. My husband birthday trip was ruined. We need the refund for the rest of the night that we didn’t stay.

VÊrelset og toilettet var pÊnt og rent. Dog var der ikke mÞrklÊgning ved alle lysindfald til vÊrelset, hvilket gjorde, at man vÄgnede meget tidligt pga sollys. Derudover er der meget lydt, sÄ man vÄgner af fugle og personalet der snakker ude foran hytterne. Vi havde desvÊrre en uheldig oplevelse med kvinden "Tom" fra receptionen. Hun gav os en pris med rabat pÄ morgenmad og da vi sÄ skulle betale, lod hun som om det ikke gjaldt alligevel pÄ trods af, at hun havde skrevet det pÄ bonnen. Man skal vÊre opmÊrksom pÄ, at hotellet ikke giver mere end to flasker vand pr dag samt det faktum at de ikke yder nogen specielt god service.

The perfect getaway place! It’s beautifully located in the jungle. Feels secluded but it’s really close to Lamai beach/city. We stayed for two nights in the standard room and it was a nice relaxing experience. The pool area is just beautiful. Food was nice and there were a lot of healthy options. Shuttle buses go down to their beach hotel where you also find gym, spa and yoga. We rented a bike and definitely recommend that if you can. Nice staff. We loved it :-) Just fyi not much happens here- book this hotel when you want to relax and get away from the busy beaches and cities.

We stayed for two nights in the standard room and it was a nice relaxing experience. The pool area is just beautiful. Food was nice and there were a lot of healthy options. Shuttle buses go down to their beach hotel where you also find gym, spa and yoga. We rented a bike and definitely recommend that if you can. Nice staff. We loved it :-) Just fyi not much happens here- book this hotel when you want to relax and get away from the busy beaches and cities.

Fantastiskt resort, underbar service och sÄ frÀscht och snygg inredning överallt. Jag hade ett ocean view suite precis ovanför poolen och restaurangen The View. Magisk utsikt frÄn den vÀldigt stora balkongen pÄ rummet!
