Brownstone Sea Beach

Property was extremely clean and well maintained

The stay at Brownstone 2 was awesome, the place was nice and clean, but different there were only two (2) rooms. 1. The restroom 2. All in one room which include the Kitchenet, dining area and bedroom. Which I've never experienced. I had to adjust to same.. Safety and Security was of uttermost importance and that was priority. Same in place.

Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum - was ok with us as we only wanted the coffee maker - only 1 hanger in the closet - shower could use an upgrade - showerhead was full of water build up which made the water scarce. The water temperature kept on changing as well. Be ready to get a sudden splash of either hot hot water or very cold water! - the unit is advertised with laundry. This is complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I sent a whatsapp message asking where the laundry was. No response. I went to another unit and asked the people staying there and they called asking for the laundry. They were told that there was no laundry. The lady mentioned, it is advertised but the response was, "there is no laundry there". - communication was ok - don't expect a quick response and in my case, they didn't respond at all when I asked about the laundry. - no checkout instructions Easy access to public transportation but far from night life (ok with us) I would have given it a 4 star but I don't like to be deceived with false advertisement

Love this Place. The Room was so Cozy, felt like Home away from Home. This Place is so Nice.

Unfortunately I wasn't here long enough to get to know the place. Only overnight because of flight delays. However the apartment is great, host was VERY helpful. I will consider adding this place to my plans for future trips.

Great location and very peaceful

Area is good and feel safe. The cleaning was not good. I came in and I open kitchen cabinet to find a lot of salt in it everywhere. I open coffee maker to find very old coffee still in it, i take a shower to find a plastic water bottle cap next to shower window, found plastic water bottle under desk drawer and after shower and walking into appartement my feet were all dirty that means the floors were not cleaned. I think the cleaning lady did not perform her role properly

Everything was nice about the property. It was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was the mattress was very hard noisy and uncomfortable. Overall a good experience.

Really enjoyed my stay! Price was very reasonable, great location! Would definitely stay here again!

The property has a great comfy feel to it. Opposed to a hotel its more like an apartment, and thats great imo if you don't want to be near hundreds of other guest. You have access to amenities and the beach is within walking distance. Customer service was surprisingly good. They only downside would be the upkeep. The yard had fallen leaves in the walkway leading up to my door. This isnt a big deal. However on the inside the stove was missing knobs, the mirror in the bathroom seemed to have melted somehow. There are many other things inside that appear damaged. Overall though i think its a great little hideaway for your next stay.

Parfait

This place was good place to stay. Its near the airport just five minutes away and minutes away from other locations. There's only three rooms on the premises and the room was clean, also a pool in the back that is never a crowd, so when coming back from the beach take a dip in the pool and stay cool. If you need a car rental they have that ready for you to rent. I recommend that rental from the hotel its cheaper then renting from the airport and they'll bring and return for you, at the end of your trip the hotel can provide you cab service in advance for return to the airport. overall I give this place a 4.5. I will return for my next trip and recommend this place. Customer service was great always helpful when needed.

They mixed up which room we booked but they were able to set things straight and gave us the additional connecting room. All in all it was a fine spot for one night.

I enjoyed my time at the Brownstone, very much, and would recommend it to my friends traveling to Nassau. I would have liked a few lounge chairs by the pool, so that i could have spent time back there enjoying the sun.

The property was nice quite clean the room was just as it looked on the photos very nice studio comfy cozy sufficient for my partner and I Very safe we felt . Thank you I will choose brownstone 2 again. :)

Only a little bit of towels for use. Everything besides that was great.

The property is quaint and private, but safe and well maintained. The owner is friendly, responds in a timely fashion and very accommodating.

BEWARE: The property is nicely decorated. Its basically a hotel room with refrigerator, sink, and stove. Good location. HOWEVER, TV image was horribly fuzzy, but more importantly the hard bed and flat pillows were intolerable. Almost unable to sleep it was so bad. Good thing my wife had a massage the next day. By the 2nd night we were hurting from the bed and tired from lack of sleep. They obviously spent their money on decorating not on the bed. Wouldn't recommend.
