We enjoyed the hotel with a half boar package, both meals were excellent. We went in to the Zara Spa on the second day and enjoyed it very much

Stayed for five nights in January first time experiencing the Dead Sea in winter. Our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is really good with many choices. The staff is very welcoming professional and puts one at ease.The restaurant offer high quality cuisine. The spa is great for pampering one self. The landscape of the hotel property is really beautiful and meshes so seamlessly with the surrounding topography.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Welcoming staff, nice clean rooms, great territory with food and small houses for cats 😻tasty breakfast buffet with lot of vegetables. Room service options are limited and not exactly as appear on the menu; in general not too many dining options except open evening buffet but you can walk to nearby places. Gorgeous heated swimming pools, really warm and clean. Amazing Zara spa with good but not cheap treatments and lovely facilities. We come here every year in December to enjoy warm weather😍

The grounds are spectacular, beautifully maintained. Staff so friendly and helpful!! Lifeguard provided much needed guidance and assistance for the the Dead Sea float, mud bath scrub and rinse, very special!!

Absolutely amazing and without doubt the place you have to stay at if you’re staying at the Dead Sea! They were Incredibly kind, professional And courteous. You probably will never experience a personalized and a customized experience Like this. They go above and beyond and truly make you feel like you are a VIP guest there. The ambience made you feel you were in a medieval setting rather than a modern resort. Excellent dining choices with outdoor live music, both American pop and Middle Eastern. Private Dead Sea area for swimming and best mud bath and spa experience I’ve ever had. Setbacks were room wasn’t ready in late afternoon which delayed our enjoyment of the resort. Room with ocean view was average with balcony door and screen tattered and worn. Needs attention. Staff were plentiful and gracious.
