Appart MRode Baguida

Staying at Apparte Mrode Baguida was not pleasant. We arrived at night very hungry so we had dinner at their restaurant downstairs and to our dismay, the glasses given to us were unclean, one even had a lipstick stain on it. We had to ask for the cutlery to be washed before we could use them and even worse, the plates that our food was served in were incredibly dusty and unclean. The apartment was equally not clean, dust on the tables, spots of dried urine on toilet seats, mold and dust on windows, damaged drawers, cigarette burns on tables and drawers, stains on door handles, and unstable WiFi. The air conditioning was leaking so much in one of the rooms and the beddings did not smell fresh. On our last night we saw a big bug crawling on the bed in my son’s room. The worst of all is the mosquito bites we had throughout the 4-days stay. There’s a big void in the middle of the apartment that ought to be covered with net to prevent mosquitoes from entering the house. We complained to the manager who promised to get it fixed on the 2nd day but it was never resolved. The nice part of our stay is the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful in many ways especially in organizing transportation for us.

The location was excellent beach 5 minutes walking, restaurants and shops close by. The staff polite and helpful
