In my room, there were 2 small holes in the walls that were not covered. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, particularly the reception and restaurant personnel.

We unintentionally became guests at a three-day influencer party that we were neither invited to nor wanted to be part of. During our stay, most of the hotel had been booked by a group of entrepreneurs and influencers from across Africa. This meant huge speakers with heavy bass placed just five meters from our room, blasting loud and over-the-top TikTok videos late into the evening. It is, of course, understandable that the hotel sees such an event as a good opportunity—especially if they aim to position themselves as a youth party hotel in the future. However, this contrasts sharply with the “Relaxing Togolese Travel & Hospitality” they promote on the front page of their website. It was certainly not what we had signed up for, and it raises the question of how they can justify booking regular guests at the same time. Aside from that, the hotel is quite worn down. Our air conditioning smelled musty, and in general, many things were not functioning properly. For example, our balcony door would not close fully—which, unsurprisingly, did nothing to reduce the noise. At one point, our toilet was running continuously, and the elevator was also out of service for parts of our stay. There is also strong light coming through the bathroom window, and with a glass door between the bedroom and bathroom, this means the bedroom remains lit throughout the night. Even though the hotel charges European prices do not expect European service. Staff are disinterested and rude and small issues (couldn’t lock door / no shower gel) overshadow an otherwise lovely room. The breakfast is diabolical and it’s not worth the money.

The staff was great. Reception was great, Elias was tremendous. The drivers Adam and Paulo were fantastic. The shuttle driver, Emmanuel was very very good. My room was so clean and cozy. I liked the kitchen staff, my poisson, frites, and chocolate crepes were so good. And I loved sitting out on the beach. The music at night was great too. Everyone was so friendly. When I come back to Lomè, I am staying here for sure.

Beautiful beach front property. Private and clean beach. We didn't get a chance to utilize pool but it was cute. Food and bar and staff were great. Our rooms were upgraded so that was an added bonus (hot showers if u kno then u kno). Only problem was construction goig on in the morning. However HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel

Nice hotel by the beach. Internet was not working. Staff very rude. Too far from the city center. Takes time to reach it and in a sketchy area with dirt unpaved road. Not a luxury hotel and far from the beach resort we have in mind in Europe or in USA.

Beautiful beach front property. Private and clean beach. We didn't get a chance to utilize pool but it was cute. Food and bar and staff were great. Our rooms were upgraded so that was an added bonus (hot showers if u kno then u kno). Only problem was construction goig on in the morning. However HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel

Nice hotel by the beach. Internet was not working. Staff very rude. Too far from the city center. Takes time to reach it and in a sketchy area with dirt unpaved road. Not a luxury hotel and far from the beach resort we have in mind in Europe or in USA.
