We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious! Great little touches throughout the room.
The location is great - close to Marsa beach and restaurants.

This is my second stay at the hotel, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. Everything you might need is within walking distance, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Although my room could use some maintenance and updated features, it was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, whether alone or in groups, for business or leisure.

Umaya at the front was very helpful and has provided very good customer service. The room and the property photos speak for itself. Breakfast could have been better and should be more appealing and freshly prepared/made for guests. But all in all our stay was good.

Lovely place, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Location is good for la Marsa, near the station and walkable to Sidi Bou Said (like g walk - but nice).
The only negative was the room cleaning. I have never before stayed in a hotel that packs your case for you and puts it in the wardrobe! The room wasn't messy, but there was no suitcase rack or table so our stuff was on the floor. Whilst it is good they cleaned, to move everything into the bag and put it away felt very invasive. (Also we panicked when we came in and our bags weren’t there!) What was even more strange is the next day they didn’t clean the room at all (which was also annoying as we had packed and put everything away!!)

The rooms are beautifully decorated and cared for. The breakfast is so delicious and wonderfully presented. I was so impressed by the kindness of the staff who were willing to go out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. An absolute pleasure to have stayed in such a warm and welcoming place. Special thanks to Hassan and another staff member for bringing breakfast to my room on a day I couldn't make the breakfast -- your kindness is so appreciated and cherished.

Excellente nuit avec ma fiancée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dans un cadre super convivial, avec un service impeccable en plus. Nos hôtes ont étés très agréables et très attentionnées. Aussi nous avons été très touchés par les jolis messages qui nous ont été adressés (deux très belles citations) pour la St Valentin.

Semplicemente Eccezionale! Splendido palazzetto ristrutturato alla perfezione e con gusto! Camere ampie e confortevoli. Spazi comuni meravigliosi. Terrazza con roof garden ed idromassaggio. Peccato esserci stati in un momento climaticamente non consono! Gestione familiare, ma perfetta! Host gentili, premurosi e discreti. Veramente il top!
