From the moment we arrived at the Mövenpick, we were greeted with warm smiles and an impeccable sense of hospitality. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Sihem at the reception – professional, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. She truly embodies the spirit of five-star service. A special thank you as well to Adel, the Chief Concierge, whose deep knowledge, generosity, and kindness made our experience even more memorable. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local tips, or last-minute arrangements, Adel handled everything with elegance and efficiency. The entire team at the Mövenpick made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. From the pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you to the whole team – and once again, a heartfelt thank you to Sihem and Adel for making this trip truly special!

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Nice room but we had a little issue with the pool area closed for a day for a wedding with just a little note at the Spa! But the manager was really helpful and comprehensive and offer us a discount as we had 1 day with no pool on only 3 days

Je n'ai jamais obtenu de réponse à mon courriel : je blame Expedia et l'hôtel. C'est ma seconde expérience qui ne fonctionne pas avec Expedia. En effet, en juin j'ai eu des problèmes tant avec American Airline et MGM Grand Hotel et Expedia s'en est lavé les mains. Vous n'êtes pas de service et je ne colpte pas faire affaire avec vous dans l'avenir.

Nice location by the beach. Got early checkin, which was highly appreciated. Very good breakfast. Modern hotel. Ok pool area. Rooms are not isolated very well, so noise from rooms next door can be loud. Friendly staff. A bit overpriced.

The staff was amazing from the receptionist Houssem to the chef concierge Adel and every single person was fantastic and super helpful. The hotel was beautiful and very well designed and decorated and situated in a great area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was located in a good place. I'm quite upset with the hotel management because I had to change my flight and preponed it by one day. So I asked hotel to refund the 1 day that I am not staying, and they rejected (saying that I booked a nonrefundable room). Yes I did thinking I will not have to change my date. This was a business trip and I had emergency, plus in this environment, changes can be done. In the end hotel took money for 1 day that I did not stay. I travel globally and never faced this kind of unprofessinalism before. So be careful when you book a room in this hotel, in case you might need to change (and if you booked a nonrefundable room) no way you will get your money.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel, which has unfortunately left a very negative impression. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention in the hope of prompting necessary improvements. During my stay, I encountered multiple service failures and unprofessional behavior, including: 1. Failure to provide wake-up service. 2. Delayed restaurant service. 3. Presence of insects: I noticed squeaks in the bathroom, which were not present upon check-in. This raises concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance standards. 4. Luggage transport issues: Upon departure, I requested assistance with luggage, but after waiting half an hour with no action, I had to move my bags myself. 5. Billing disputes and rude behaviour: I was surprised to find an incorrect charge on my bill, linked to a room number (119 instead of my actual room 145). When I pointed this out, the receptionist, Khadija, repeatedly questioned whether I canceled the service and insistently asked, "Is this your bill?" despite my showing her the correct bill. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. The duty manager's attempt to dismiss her behavior as joking was unsatisfactory, and I expected an apology rather than denial. These issues, coupled with the overall rude attitude and lack of accountability from the staff, have severely tarnished my perception of your hotel.

my stay was the worst. Although the booking was paid and confirmed, the hotel reception kept telling me my booking was not paid and i kept showing them and they still argued and let me in the room almost 40 mins later. The worst ever
