Central Hotel

An old fashion hotel, not really inviting and also not sure why this hotel has 4 star rating. It was good enough for one night! The hotel has a huge potential that unfortunately not being used!

Its a terrible insult to 4* hotels for this old smoke infested hotel to be ranked 4*. It needs a huge renovation. I thought i was gettjng a great deal wihen i saw the price and 4*. To start off its in a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise. It was a maze to get to front of hirel given that its literally at one corner of a 4 way highway. The room they gave us stenched of smoke. The old carpers look decades old and have soaked up years of smoke. They were kind enough to switch us into a non smelly room which was smaller. It turned out it was the same old carpets with comparable odor. The roomscare old, the furniture is old, the doors..its just old. Even the decorationscon wall are decades old. You can see thestain behind the photos on wall that have formed over years. The bathroom we got was tiny with an old shower and old showe door. The tiles are outdated and out of style bybat least 20 years by Turkish standards. As we explored Bursa we saw very sheek boutique hotels that looked renovated and nicer which were half the price. We had gone out to dinner and when i returned the night shift did not soeak english. They could not drive a car even so they accompanied me as passemger directing me to an offsire parking lot that had shady characters walking around. In the morning i came down hoping that a grand turkish breakfasf would be this horels redeeming quality. I have included a photo... no waiters, a pot of hot teawas only thing put out for drink. $25 value hotel

Service sowie Ausstattung Revisionsbedarf.

Check in was well handled by a very pleasant receptionist, Meltem. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, which was served in the room because of Covid restrictions, was well presented and sufficient and the location of the hotel was good, near public transportation. Overall, a satisfying experience.

I liked the location and the service the stuff was very good and friendly

We booked 5 rooms. 4 were fine. And one of the rooms bathroom was too small. The sink is like for a child. They didn’t change the towels from the last guest, it smelled like they have been just used, and I didn’t use them! No room service after 10 PM. None of the staff speaks English. Only the manager. Which was hard to adjust to. They gave us a late checkout. Which was nice of them, the star tries to make your stay as comfortable as they can.

Good hotel in city center. Service was good.

概ね良かったです。ひとつだけシャワーの排水があまり良くなくシャワー浴びていると足元に水が溜まります。ロケーションもまずまずですぐ近くに観光スポットがあると言うわけではありませんが歩いて行くに丁度いい感じでした。

Break fast is good but not best

The hotel was very convienient for access to the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and the breakfast was good. Overall, I thought the hotel was good value for money and I would definitely stay there again on another visit to Bursa.

Merhaba bu otelde annem ve babam kaldilar yalniz 2005 yılında birlikte gitmiştik ve ilgi alakadan o yıl cok memnun kalmiştik, begendigimizden baban ve annem bu yıl tekrar oraya gitmek istediler.yalniz oda diye arkaya bakan , kucuk bir oda vermişler ,merak ettigim o gun otel full muydu de o odayi verme ihtiyaci duydular, hic memnun kalmamişlar ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyecegim.

Genel olarak ortalama kalitede bir otel. Kahvaltısı biraz zayıf. Lokasyon güzel.

للاسف لن نحجز في هذا الفندق ثانية. ولن نتعامل مع هذا الموقع الذي لا يعرف ان ينتقي الفنادق الجيده تعاملا ونظافة. يؤسفني ان الغرفه التي قمنا بحجزها ليس بها بطانيات والموجود فقط شرشف ابيض على السرير . وعند طلبنا من الاستقبال بطانيات اجابو بأنها نفذت . كيفتكون الغرف فقط على الشراشف.

While the location of the hotel is a little faraway from the major tourist spots of Bursa, they can be reached by walking. The hotel itself is superb and the room was exactly what was needed for resting after a day of travelling around Bursa.
