The hotel is amazing with Sauna, SPA Area Turkish Bath and Hammam. A big pool outside and inside. The breakfast was lovely and staff great, and very friendly.

Very happy I chose to stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel it self is wonderful, modern and has everything lux. Perfectly located next to the sea, mall around the corner etc. Excellent service, look forward to be back soon. I must mention, the receptionists were amazing, all the staff in general. Felt at home.

The place is generally good. Very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be improved in terms of comfort. Although the rooms are fairly soundproof, I can confirm that the hotel hosts events that may disturb you. During my stay, there were wedding celebrations, and the reception area is close to several rooms—I had to wait until 12:30 a.m. before the loud music stopped and I could sleep. The breakfast buffet is good, but it could be more varied.

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay at Florya. Our room was never prepared until very late each day. The breakfast that was provided had only the most modest items. The hotel was extremely noisy -- there was a park adjacent to the hotel and there was music that was constantly coming from the park day and night. The pool did not appear clean -- there were birds and stray cats going into the water as well as eating leftovers guests left behind. There was no shop for incidental items at the hotel -- or I should say it was closed -- it was out of business. The spa was empty -- no one there, so it was unpleasant, as was the gym. Unless you had a room directly facing the water, the decks were worthless. We thought there was room for significant improvement and overall we were extremely disappointed with our stay. There was no nightlife of any type. The restaurant for dinner was subpar. We felt misled by the advertisement.

Von den Bildern hui, vom Service nicht schön… Das Hotel macht optisch jede Menge her - aus diesem Grund habe ich das Hotel auch gebucht. Vor Ort musste ich leider immer wieder feststellen das es doch nicht so toll ist als ursprünglich gedacht. Ich musste feststellen, dass das Personal alles andere als freundlich zu den Gästen ist. Ich habe die Rezeption mehrfach darauf hingewiesen - leider war das den Mitarbeitern einfach nur „egal“. Den Innenpool darf man ausschließlich mit einer Badekappe nutzen. Warum das so ist konnte mir keiner erklären. Der Außenpool hingegen darf nämlich ohne Badekappe benutzt werden. Ich habe mir im örtlichen Kiosk 2 Red Bull gekauft und habe diese im Kühlschrank des Zimmers kühlen wollen. Diese beiden Red Bull wurden beim Zimmerservice am nächsten Tag entfernt. Auch dies habe ich reklamiert - hat aber leider keinen Interessiert… Als Gold Member bei Hotel.com - auch die hierfür möglichen Benefits wie z.B. das Zimmerupgrade bei Verfügbarkeit wurde abgelehnt (es wäre gegen Aufpreis möglich gewesen, hatte vor dem Check-in gefragt). Somit bringen diese Benefits bei dem Hotel überhaupt nichts… Positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und wirklich super. Auch die Lage am Meer ist toll. Fazit: Ich werde künftig ein anderes Hotel in Istanbul für künftige Aufenthalte buchen. Der Service hier ist für mein Feeling „mangelhaft“. Bei dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich ein besseres Feeling als Gast.

A fantastic hotel, and I would absolutely recommend it. However, it took me five times to ask the front desk service staff to push the two twin beds in my room together which I had originally requested a queen bed not that big of a deal but after a 12 hour day, I was really looking forward to a big bed instead of sleeping half of my body on the twin bed and the .

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Frau Mereyem die das Zimmer sauber gemacht hat ,war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war immer tipptopp. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Zimmer allgemein ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Im Zimmer hört man gar nichts … EinkaufsMöglichkeiten zu Fuß 3 Minuten. Alles perfekt.
