Had a great 2 weeks at this hotel, 2nd time we've stayed there. All inclusive food is one of the best we've had, plenty of choice for kids and adults. Waiters and bar staff are friendly and helpful. Entertainment team work hard to make sure everyone has a good time.

Property and facilities are okay. Poor management and appalling decision making Managers. Otherwise, junior workers are highly rated. Had issues with Expedia in which I received a confirmation of hotel room I paid for since June which I showed Green Nature Hotel, however I was made to pay again for my room on a daily basis and I was locked out of my room every day until I paid, despite showing them the confirmation of payment and booked room at the hotel. Good management decision would be to sort non payment issue out with Expedia who they claimed has not paid them, instead of continually embarrassing and stressing customer with payment issue whilst on holiday. It was a terrible experience and this destroyed what would have been a perfect first holiday in Turkey

First of all , the towels are very old and bad condition ,there is no duvet or thick cover for bed just light blanket , The spa very dirty and old and need maintenance In general the hotel is dirty , I don’t recommend it. Lobby was well air conditioning , but all other levels and elevator was not.

I like the cleanliness of the Hotel This is my 4th time to Green nature. But the staff at the restaurant unless you tip them they don’t serve you as they supposed to do. Technical problems not solved properly (A/C) So I had to call four times at the end I gave up. The manger is not always present and should do also management by walking. And meeting with guests. In General excellent resort.

Overall the hotel is lovely and very clean, so much choice of food and this was on a daily basis. The alcohol was sickening, however the beer was lovely. WIFI waa only in the lobby , at the bars and eating areas, no WIFI aim your room or close to it.

Please do not stay at this hotel. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I firmly believe that the positive reviews for this hotel are manufactured or the hotel pays people to post positive reviews. The reception staff are terrible and very disrespectful. We were given a room with a view of the garbage dump and they wouldn't change our room. The grounds, dining area, chairs, swimming pools, hallways, elevators are dirty. The food is terrible. Although the hotel is all-inclusive, we paid to eat outside since the food was inedible. Please save your money and go elsewhere. For the money that you pay for this hotel it is not worth it. I wish Expedia would remove this hotel from their listing as it really is a disappointing and terrible experience.

Havuz dahil dumanaltı oluyor, kokteyller berbat, gazoza şurup katıp veriyorlar, şuruplar kalitesiz. Yemekler bazıları gayet başarılı, bazıları vasat, tatlılarda tek tük 1. Sınıf var, baklavalar vasat. 100 tl fazla verilip Crystal tarzı yerlerde kalmak daha mantıklı. Aquaparkı Crystaller kadar olmasa da vakit geçirmek için iyi ve benim gitme sebebim oydu. Yüzde 50 Arap, İran, geri kalan Alman, Rus ve siyahi. Ara sürelerde gözleme, dondurma vs. atıştırmalıklar yok. Gece 24 sonrası içecekler ücretli. Daha kötüleri de var ama yorumları verilen fiyata göre yaptım, 2 kişilik odaya 532 TL için değmeyebilir. Eylülde 285 Tl gibi fiyatlar gördüm, öyle olursa kalınması mantıklı, o fiyatlara daha iyisi bulunmaz. Tek olumlu gördüğümüz yer olan resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara teşekkür ediyoruz.
