The hotel has a good location, 2 minutes to the main street Istiklal. There are many cafes around the hotel, there is a shop and a grocery store.Early check in and late check out the cost of a full day.The price for accommodation is pleasant, the rooms are good (clean, cleaned as necessary), breakfasts are also good.The menu was the same, but every day everything is fresh. Bagel and butter were especially delicious.The staff is friendly.For 4 days there was one unpleasant situation with paying for late check-out: on Saturday night I paid in cash for late check-out (cost of a day of staying at the hotel) by asking for a check,I was assured that there was no reason to worry, the check would be given when leaving the hotel, trusting this I left the reception desk without a receipt for payment, two days later, that is, on Monday evening, when it was necessary to leave the hotel, I was told that I did not pay for the late departure and began to demand payment.After some time of a showdown, requests to show the cameras and call the police and one of the main ones, they turned on the camera recording from Saturday and contacted the main person at the hotel, printed a check, which nevertheless indicated the payment.And without admitting guilt that the payment had already been taken after an hour, we were allowed to leave the hotel.The next day, the main person in charge of the hotel contacted me and apologized for the incident and his employee who was mistaken. Thank him for that.
