Ne vous attendez pas à un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 3,5 étoiles, et je suis encore gentil.

Leider hatten wir wiederholt immer wieder starken Geruch aus dem Kanal, dieser konnte bis zu Abreise nicht beseitigt werden. Wir mußten auch an der Rezeption mehrfach für dessen Beseitigung urgieren

Good location, good food available at all times. Good rooms and clean bathrooms. Good big balcony space as well. The only issue was the staff was slow to respond due to overwork. Staff were polite and friendly. They changed our room to another because we weren't happy. The booking of the A La Carte restaurants was the only bit that was dissapointing as there is a limited booking time (10-12) and we were unable to fit any bookings due to it being fully booked.

The resort is east facing, so one can expect to catch sunshine until late afternoon. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools (1 indoor) with good number of sunbeds. With close proximity to the beach, I think there is enough space to cater to large audience during high season. Outdoor cleaning staff does a pretty good job in picking up any litter and keeping the surface constantly clean and tidy. Food and Restaurants - Food in the main restaurant is pretty good with a wide selection of hot/cold food and salads. One can find a large selection of pastries and breads during breakfast. Similarly, there is a large selection of yougurt based salads during dinner. In the afternoon, as food is served in multiple locations i.e. main and the tapas bar, one might find that the number of items in the main restaurant is considerably less. Food served in tapas bar is pretty much like pub food. Also, in the evening there are some snacks viz. waffles etc. served in the tapas bar. During peak times, i.e. 9am or 7pm, the main restaurant can get very busy so best try and avoid those times. We found that the selection of fresh fruits is pretty limited especially during lunch and dinner. Also, I would like to give a shout out to cleaning staff who do an amazing job in picking up litter on the floor very quickly and also for clearing dishes from tables. There are 3 ala carte restaurants viz. Olive tree, Turkish and Chinese Garden, we did not dine in any of them due to lack of vegetarian options

Everything was better than expected. Food accomondation and location. The beach just 5 meters away... highly recommended

Good off season all inclusive rate. Nice modern clean room. Beautiful view from the sky bar. Very good food. I should not complain much for the price I paied, but there were a few issues. Terrible wifi reception in room. The receptionists were not so friendly nor efficient. A male receptionist never smiled. A female receptionist promised to send someone to fix the wifi issue but no one came. A lot of family with loud kids so I don't recommend for couples.

very nice view, delicious food, good staffs. but: there is not any plan to entertain guests. disco location wasnt good for those quantity of persons reciptionist doesnt help for 2 problem, like:1- booking flight and 2- permit to see our friends in the hotel for a little time...

hotel had no plans to entertain guests. hotel supervisor and receiptionist(name: Alper) for our friends were staying at another hotel to meet us at the hotel demanded 50 TL per person. It was a shamelessly manner. the hotel has very beautiful view.

Receptionists were not well trained. New arrivals get in front and Receptionists did not see what was going on.
