Excellent hospitality

From the moment I arrived, I truly felt at home. The entire team made sure every moment of my stay was special, and their warm hospitality made me feel more like a friend than a guest. All the buggy drivers and the concierge team were always smiling and helpful, making every interaction pleasant and welcoming. A special thanks to Şevval, whose kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Kardelen, in particular, made me feel like I had known her for years. Her friendly, genuine approach created such a comforting atmosphere, and I felt as though I was among close friends. The names below are just some of the incredible people who made my stay so memorable — if I come back, it will be because of them. I might have forgotten someone, but truly, everyone contributed to making me feel special: • Isa • Erman • Cem • Sehar • Yasmine • Eda • Batuhan • Uğur • Emin Thank you all for turning my stay into such a beautiful experience — I can’t wait to return!

The service

Be careful what room you choose. Level zero is probably the worse level. Partial sea view should be considered no sea view at all. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Bashar at the reception went out do the way to accommodate our requests.

I don’t even know where to begin.. firstly, the pictures of the room did this hotel room no justice. When we walked I was surprised with how big it was! The views of the water were also incredible! This is the first hotel during our 3 week stay in Turkey that actually has a bed topper, which made it the best nights sleep. We swam at the hotels private beach everyday - take snorkel gear so that you can see the fish when swimming. The water was warm to swim in during our stay 5/6/24 - 8/6/24. But what makes this hotel so INCREDIBLE, is without a doubt the staff! It started with our checkin and Eda and Merve sitting us down and asking what we hopped to do during our stay and what type of cuisines and vibes we liked. They then started suggesting restaurants to visit all in different areas, and then proceeded to make our reservations once we agreed on the ones we liked - it’s like having your own assistant who does all of the research for you 👌 Then there was Bora who would drive us down to the beach in the buggy each day and would always hand us cold bottles of water before we hopped in. Then there was Mert and Emre who were always super helpful with everything and making sure we were happy at all times. I’ve travelled through Europe, America, Asia and South America- never have I ever received this level of customer service before!! I’m not one to care much about service, but this truel

The room is perfect and spacious Balcony is nice with view Many sofas in the room to relax Manager eda is helpful for any thing the staff in general are so kind and helpful Marina yalikivak 10 minutes far only 👍 The only disadvantage was the beach not good service u can stay hours without any body asking u if u need a drink or food they are just not there

The room size and view is the best thing about this hotel. Only few staff speak English. The breakfast is also very good. But the reception staff and the beach staff does not match the size nor the price of the hotel. They need more professional team. Although most are nice young people but the management needs to up their pool and beach service. Also the beach is not the best swim there. But all together it was ok. But will try another hotel next time.

Very lengthy and shady check-in. even with pay at property, they start chasing me to pay weeks in advance otherwise will cancel the room!! room service was bad. took a copy of my CC!!!. I'm calling to cancel my card. keep taking all items in the room and never bring them back. No WIFI. had to chance them for access. constantly had to chase someone multiple time to fix something. but supper nice people if you could find one. very very very far from everything for no reason. this resort could have had a good potential but only 4 guests in total I could see in 3 days in a massive resort. very shady business. almost 40 Euro for a shot of wisky :D

It was our first time staying here. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Management was also very professional, friendly, and super accommodating. The general manager sent flowers to our room because he heard that my father wasn't feeling well. This was a really nice gesture that I really appreciated. They also have an awesome infinity pool overseeing the sea. Overall a wonderful experience. Denise, the front desk manager was also very kind and super helpful! We'll definitely come back here!!

The most amazing stay at Sirene Luxury Hotel. Our vacation felt like heaven on earth. Amazing staff who will do everything and anything to make you happy; very clean; delicious food; most beautiful amenities. We could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at.

Great Hotel, but far away from Town. Villas were excellent and amazing welcome by Sonar n his team. Butler sevice was great. Buggies service was instant. House keeping was slow but not bad. Breakfast was nice. Spa was good too....massive hotel but very few options to eat. Beach facilities was dead. villa rooms were spacious n nice.
