Für kleines Geld relativ gut im Einkaufsviertel. 200€ mehr und es geht viel schöner. Aber im großen und ganzen eine gute 3.

Ich war 6 tage im Hotel, die Zimmer sind unhygienisch und vorallem ist die Umgebung sehr unsicher. Bitte guckt euch erst um wo ihr welches Hotel bucht, lieber bezahle ich 50-100€ mehr und habe eine sichere umgebung mit vielen Transportmitteln. Erstes unf letztes mal. Habe Expedia kontaktiert, damit ich mitten im urlaub mein Hotel wechseln kann, der Manager des Hotels hat sich nicht zurückgemeldet. Fazit: es dreht sich alles nurrrr um Geld

Keiner schöne Gegend

I booked this hotel thinking it is a 4 stars hotel, but it was not. The room was dusty, AC did not work, safe was broken, bathroom had mold in the shower and wash table. In addition, we were not informed of the construction that is being done outside the hotel. Therefore, we had to drag our bags, and no one helped us to take the bags upstairs. Guests were too noisy and no one asked me to respect others' requirement to have a peaceful breakfast. I decided to checkout two nights after (original booked for 4 nights) and sadly I forgot my Airpods Pro in the room. I called the hotel and I informed them that I forgot the airpods in the room and they should call me if they find it or not. That did not happen, The lady responded "ok ok" and hung up right away. This was the worst experience I had in istanbul and never again. Shame to call yourself 4 stars hotel.

The staff was very helpful, but the facility part like the sauna and jacuzzi has a misleading information, you have to booked and paid to use these facilities.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We stayed there for one week me and my friends. My friend left her purse in the closet and went down to the breakfast for 20 minutes. They stole 4000 from her purse and left the Turkish money and the credit card and the passport which were there. We complained to the front desk and ask for the manager to speak to. For three days asking for the manager and never showed up. Bad attitudes and no respect to people at all.

The hotel staff are so rude. The food was dirty abs had insects and flies. Customer services is Zero, the cleaning staff stole 4000$ from my purse while I went down to take my breakfast. I asked for the manager for three days no manager came to file a complaint. English skills is zero. No way to communicate with anyone. Definitely NO

Nothing like on pictures. No pool no terrace very bed breakfast

Breakfast was not great, lift stopped working briefly, only one key card although we were two occupants in the room.
