Trendy Lara Hotel

Rooms are not clean. Most of the staff they don't speak English. Food is okay but many times repetitive. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Uber cannot reach the area. The pools are not very clean.

Był to nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i wszystko było wspaniałe jak poprzednio. Fajna lokalizacja, świetnie jedzenie i bardzo dobra obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecamy i pewnie będziemy wracać.

Wir waren im März für einen Kurztrip im Trendy, es ist etwas mehr in die Jahre gekommen wie zB ein Concorde, aber trotzdem sauber und gepflegt und das Essen war hervorragend (!!!) und das Personal sehr freundlich und entspannt. Zum Strand kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nur in der Anlage waren. Das einzig störende ab nachts irgendwann waren durchgehend bellende Hunde und ein krähender Hahn. Da braucht man Ohrstöpsel.

Hotel was amazing i would try it again. I was just disappointed with the main restaurants being closed for refurbishment and the games room was never open but other than that people were great and the hotel was great

The food is amazing also the deserts And a lot of activities The swimming pool fantastic ….. But I don’t like some of the staff are unprofessional Also they don’t provide the iron .. should be pay extra 15 euro for 1 hour .. also I pay extra for birthday to do some surprises in the room they forgot .. and I’m unhappy they close water park for kids very quickly

I had booked 3 family suites and 1 standard room. The 3 family rooms I first received didn’t match the description/pictures shown on hotels.com & the AC’s didn’t cool for all 3 “FAMILY SUITES”. As per hotel management, as long as there is air coming out of the AC, it is working. After a long waste of my nights sleep and a long discussion with the hotels receptionist as well as hotel.com’s online chat service I was able to get assurance that it will be solved in the morning. However, when I approached the receptionist in the morning breaking my sleep early due to the boiling circumstances and rooms not in sleeping condition; the receptionist said that you can talk to the guest relations lady. The lady then said that I’ll try my best but our hotel is fully booked and we cannot do anything other than try and fix your AC’s. I didn’t like the sound of that as the technicians had visited our rooms 3 times already and managed to do nothing while they said it’s working now! I went back and talked to the online hotels.com chat who at first would not proceed as apparently the previous agent had left my complaint as solved which was incorrect! I managed to convince the new agent that if the complaint was solved I would know and to proceed with my complaint to the next level. The agent did so and told me to proceed to guest services. I went to the same lady who was very friendly (don’t remember her name) and managed to first change one of my rooms and then later all to a garden suite.

its our second time at this property, the first visit was amazing we havnt anything to complain about. But this time i was disappointed a little bit. The room cleanliness was terrible, i have finished dropped a shampoo bottle in the second day on the floor and it stayed there for 5 other days , they didn’t even bother themselves to clean it and remove it, even the floor was always dirty. On the other hand the food was good and the and the place is nice

One of worst experience ever. Once arrived at hotel, trendy lara staff informed me that they couldn’t find any reservation under my name and they are fully booked though i made reservation 2 months back and got my card debited and received emails confirmation from hotels.com I had to call hotels.com and it took more than 2 hours to sort things out and finally lara hotel found the resevation and all of the sudden they were no longer fully booked.

Big property, not enough pool facility for the guests, guests have to compete from 7 am to get any place at the poolside. really terrible condition, actually seen many guests fighting each other to occupy any space available!!! terrible. on the positive side the food in the main restaurant was good with fresh produce etc this was a real positive but the la carte restaurants specially the Italian was a fake and not good at all .

Very good facility and kind staff. Recommended to all people, taste food clean hotel

All was nice and Good But not that clean and a lot of people in the hotel Too much crowded

فندق رائع جدا، وبمستوى راقي. خدمة ممتازة من قِبل موظفي الفندق، الاستقبال والخدمة. غرف واسعة ونظيفة وحديثة. طعام لذيذ ومنوع، أكوابارك وبرك جميلة، خدمة شاملة بمستوى عالي جدا.. أحببنا كل شيء في الفندق، وننوي العودة إليه في المستقبل القريب إن شاء الله.

das Hotel ist super und das Personal ebenfalls. Essen war auch top! Wir sind keine Fans von Lammfleisch und es hat wirklich nichts nach Lamm gerochen oder geschmeckt, wenn es Poulet war, war es wirklich Poulet :). kann ich jedem empfehlen!

Balayı oteli olarak konakladık, Kasım ayında olmasına rağmen tenis kortundan sıcak yüzme havuzuna kadar tesisten faydalanma imkanımız oldu. Güleryüzlü ve hızlı çözüm bulunan sıcak bir oteldi. Rusların sayısı oldukça fazlaydı ve aileleriyle gelmişler çoğu, küçük çocuk sayısı fazlaydı ama restoranda dahi yetişkinler için ayrı alan yapmış olmaları güzeldi. Sakinlik de mümkün eğlence de. Tekrar gitmeyi düşündüğümüz bir otel! Yemekleri de müthiş...

8 yıldan beridir aynı arkadaş grubuyla (3 aile) Antalya’da farklı otellerde birkaç gün yılbaşı tatili geçirmekteyim, Bu oteller atasında en iyi otelin Trendy Lara olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, oda temizliği mükemmel, servis hızlı. Barda çeşit çok. Spa çok iyi. Kısacası otel her yönüyle mükemmel. Özellikle yılbaşı balosu katıldığım en mükemmel balo. Özellikle servis mükemmel. O kadar kalabalığa rağmen servis çok hızlı. Çok sayıda garson vardı. Bir şey söylediğiniz zamam çok kısa sürede geliyordu. Daha önceki otellerde bu konuda çok şikayetçi olmuştuk. Siparişler ya gelmiyor, ya da birkaç defa söyledikten sonra geliyordu. Kısacası, her yönüyle mükemmel 4 günlük bir tatil geçirdik. Otel yönetimine ve personeline teşekkür ederiz.
