Amazing staff and chefs, food was so good and staff is super helpfull, definitely will suggest to anyone who are looking for a great service around this area

Das Zimmer 6150 war zwar groß aber immer schmutzig und das Bad ohne Fenster voller Schimmel. Weiterhin gab es keinen Balkon oder Terrasse. Ein Zimmerwechsel war angeblich nicht möglich. Das Hotel bietet viel Unterhaltung und ist meiner Meinung nach gut für Gruppenreisen und jüngeres Publikum geeignet. Für Pärchen mit höheren Ansprüchen würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Die kostenlosen Cocktails waren nicht gut, sodass wir die kostenpflichtigen gekauft haben. Unverschämt teuer fanden wir die Betten am Strand, 50€ am Tag. Es gibt leider selbst in diesen Betten wenig Schatten. Die Schirme am Strand sind nicht wirklich zielführend. Das Essen war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist sollte ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude nehmen, da die großen Zimmer mit Meerblick nur durch sehr viele Treppen zu erreichen sind. Ein insgesamt recht großes Arena mit viel Steigung am Hang. Bodrum Ansicht ist schnell zu erreichen, allerdings recht unspektakulär, ein Tag in der Stadt ist schon ausreichend um sich alles anzuschauen. Weiterhin sind sehr viele russische Gäste vor Ort und im Hotel.

The location was beautiful and the food was lovely, although not quite 10/10. But for us the staff really made the experience amazing. Muhammed who controls the outside area at dinner provied a 10/10 service as well as everyone else. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

Love everything! Only tiny feedback is that I wish they played afrobeat at the beach bar entertainment nights. Nonetheless, my experience was 10/10

Nice activity, quite, relaxing

Die Freundlichkeit des personals, angefangen von manager bis hin zum täglichen personal, alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ganz besonders hat uns die junge Meryem, von Gast service gefallen. Sehr hilfsbereit and erfrischend!! Das Essen, war ebenso sehr vielfältig und gut. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und werden es weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen! Es gibt jeden Tag ein anderes „Thema“ an Essen, sodass man immer eine vielfältige Auswahl hat und es nicht langweilig wird. Das Essen war immer lecker. Draußen gab es zur Mittagszeit eine Grillstation, Eis am Strand, etc. Der Strand ist in einer kleinen Bucht gelegen und war wunderschön. Das Meer und der Strand waren super sauber. Das Hotel ist etwa 10 Min vom Bodrum Zentrum und 45 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Es gibt ein tolles Programm, auch über eine App einsehbar, wo sich jeder seinen individuellen Tag mit sportlichen Aktivitäten wie Groupfitnesskursen, Mountainbiketouren, Poolgames etc. zusammenstellen kann. Abends gab es meist live Musik und Shows die toll waren. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit und man hat sich stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren gross, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bestimmt wieder kommen :)

+ Very good location, only 15 mins by car from Bodrum city centre + Friendly staff that tries their best to fulfill individual requests and we got a free upgrade + Beach was overall very clean + All-inclusive buffett had a great variety of choices and was very delicious + The hotel offers several activities so you are able to customize your own day - Facilities could be slightly newer, especially elevator in main building - No free shuttle bus service from Bodrum Airport to the hotel - Several upgrade options where you have to pay additional money (such as daybed at the beach) - Hand towel pick-up service could start earlier (around noon would be perfect) - Cleaning service sometimes not very fast (we put out the sign on the door around noon and came back at 3-4pm and room hasn’t been cleaned)

+ Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall sauber und gepflegt! Das Essen war auch lecker aber bisschen Abwechslung hat schon gefehlt, insgesamt jedoch würde ich es sehr gut bewerten. - Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht aufmerksam, vielleicht bis auf 2-3 Mitarbeiter, die uns wahrgenommen haben und bedient haben. Die Getränke muss man immer selbst holen, keine Bedienung. Ich finds jetzt nicht so schlimm, jedoch bin ich es von einem All in Service anders gewöhnt. Meiner Meinung nach schmecken die Cocktails nicht so, ist aber Geschmacksache.

There is so much to like about this hotel. The staff are so friendly & want you to have the best holiday. For example, waiters knowing your drinks & having them brought to your table as you sit down. All guest relation staff & reception staff are also very friendly & always happy to help. The food is amazing, ready made sandwiches at lunch, chef's signature dishes, so much choice & all cooked to perfection. Daily & evening entertainmemt was very enjoyable & the team were always so energetic & sociable. We had a few teething issues with our room at the beginning, which we mentioned to the staff & were dealt with extremely quickly & efficiently. One downside was that our room was the furthest away from the reception & restaurant & took us 8 minutes to walk there, via many steps (97) & very steep slopes. Very tiring at the end of the day to walk back to our room. More lights would have been handy along some of the pathways & steps. Brighter lights in the room & more storage would have made the accommodate more superior than it was. Overall we had a wonderful stay & a very enjoyable holiday.

We actually moved to this hotel from a different resort which we didn't like. This one was a much nicer experience, lots of included activities and the staff were all really friendly and even got to know our names. Lots of food options, with several different restaurants including options for vegetarians, and room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this resort.

When we arrived we were the only guess at the door, there was no porters to help with luggage and direct us to checking in, we had to ask for assistance after a long drive was not pleasant. The resort & rooms is very stylish but pillows were uncomfortable for such a highly rated resort, the beach was rocky water nice but no wharf or ramp to swim off.restaurants at Buffet food was excellent, lots of variety, beach restaurant had limited views of beach and some staff won’t nice one in particular Gökhan was unprofessional and rude on the other hand Kübra was very attentive helpful and professional kind and friendly thank you for making our dinner that extra special we wanted to try other restaurants at the resort when booking the concierge wasn’t helpful again so missed out

Nice property with private beach and a lot of in house activities to choose from. Staff are very supportive and kind. Highly recommend visiting.

Very happy with my stay!

Property and location are great. Food is better than what you would expect for buffet type eating and staff are excellent. Rooms are tired and need a major update and certainly not as per web site.
