Good location. Loved the breakfast and the view from the terrace. Room was very small and several things unfinished (door casings, threshold, etc). Would’ve been nice to have screens on the windows- I got a few mosquito bites at night…lovely and helpful staff.

One of the best experiences. This is a family owned and managed place in a very convenient location. All the family staff are super attentive and made or stay memorable. I definitely recomend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel put me in a double room in the basement which I objected to and they were gracious enough to quickly move me upstairs. I have been here numerous times and never was housed in the basement where service staff congregate. You might want to check to make sure you’re above ground. Breakfast was good but no one made omelettes like they have in the past.

The location is very convenient for visiting any landmark and train station. Even the room was small but the stuff services were very good and very nice. I am very appreciative for the stuff borrowed a metro card to me to take the public transactions and very helpful to guide me to visit the landmark.

It was horrible. First no parking even though it says it has parking. We were charged extra for parking twice for 1 night lol. These people are straight liers and they argue to the end. Free breakfast wasn’t good but roof top is beautiful. Our air condition did not work and room was too small.

The workers were wonderful. They got us taxis when we needed them and were picked up on time. The room was nice and clean. The food was great and the waiter was kind to everyone. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.

The room had so many issues, no working phones to contact room service, the bathroom had a small window that did not have a mosquito screen, and you can’t close it so we were fighting mosquitoes all night. And to top all this, the staff was so unprofessional in dealing or lack of with those problems.
