Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive

My family and I had the best time! Loved everything about this resort…the updated spacious rooms, the view, the food was delish, and every single employee was amazing and so accommodating! Highly recommend!

Solo bday trip and Mustafa along with the other staff were welcoming and very pleasant. Food was great, drinks on point, sister property Blue Haven had amazing aesthetics just beautiful and there infinity pool OMG. I’ll definitely be returning soon!!!

The staff , food, and resort is amazing

The resort is beautiful, and the beach is PERFERCT! Make sure you eat at the jerk chicken hut, see Sylvie, best lunch ever!! Had lunch 3 times in the week we were there. The food varieties for all the meals are good. Nice touch is the day before you leave the office calls to arrange transportation to the airport if you need it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice entertainment on the beach and in the evening. Even a beautiful pool, if you can force yourself out of the water on that breathtaking beach. Great vacation place!!

The beach is amazing. Having a sister property access is nice. Dinner reservations fill up quick so plan to make them ahead of time.

The rooms were nice. Nothing too fancy. The staff cleaned our room daily. The food was mediocre, again nothing crazy that stuck out. Resort also had very few options to choose from when it came to dining. Prior to going we did our research and thought more would be available to us but it truly is just the deck restaurant. There was a handful of nice staff but then other than that we felt we were being a hassle when asking for things- more than not the staff was not friendly. The water and sand were absolutely breath taking. It was a once in a lifetime trip; I would not go back. Mind you, it is soooooo expensive.

Alexandra Resort has a cozy and contemporary feeling to it. Every employee we encountered was professional and personable. My husband and I relaxed and had an excellent time. When we wanted to mingle that had games and DJ events at night. Over all we enjoyed ourselves and will return.

We had such a great time at Alexandra, being able to visit their sister resort Blue Haven was a big plus. You could go on the beach at any time and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas not to mention the water was absolutely gorgeous. Knocked a star because one night we got left at Blue Haven, we waited for the last shuttle that apparently left before it’s scheduled time. The Blue Haven staff was kind enough to order us a taxi and Alexandra covered the cost. We’re a young couple so the only other downside is that there were lots of families with younger kids, which is fine but definitely do an adults only resort if you’re going for a more romantic vibe. I’d also say that the cleanliness of the beach/beach chairs and pool area was a bit lacking. There were some times we couldn’t even find towels but there were a bunch of used ones scattered all over the beach chairs along with empty cups. There’s a bunch of water sports available that are included in the price like kayaking, snorkeling, and others (which you can do at no extra cost at both locations). The food was an absolute 10/10 (you have to go to Irie Bites by the beach for some incredible Caribbean food - (I believe the woman that severed us was Ms. Sylvie, she was so kind and omg can she cook!!!) I don’t think we had anything that we didn’t like and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced while traveling.

Overall it was a great girls trip, the beach was everything! The resort was okay- needs some updating. The staff weren’t very friendly- definitely would recommended a customer service class for all staff. We’re spending a lot of money at your resort so yes, we’re expecting the best. I would also like to see more adult friendly entertainment- like a DJ playing all day while guest are enjoying the beach and pool. We also had an issue with the AC in our room- no resolution for 2 nights and the Managment team has yet to call me regardless of the 5 attempts to connect with a manager-again, customer service work is needed. When you’re spending $1200 a night you’re expecting to sleep comfortably with AC!
