The staff at this resort are fantastic and make the stay.
Marcia is a gracious and kind hostess, making breakfast daily and doing an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms during the day.
Mike, the bartender is affable, funny, and creates a lighthearted atmosphere.
The sailing/kite surfing instructor has a lifetime of experiences to share with you.
And those are a few of the great employees we met there.
I would advise renting a car because there are almost no dining options on the property but that is not how this hotel is set up. Everything you would want to experience is within 15 minutes of driving.

Great property very modern! The staff helped me put together my itinerary for my stay! I got champagne and a charcuterie board (for a fee) it was amazing. There is complimentary breakfast daily.

Took my kids to Turks and Caicos for spring break. We stayed at H2O. Nice property. It had all the amenities I needed. Kids enjoyed having 2 pools and hot tubs.

Everything about this resort is perfect! Suites are beautiful and brand new. The staff is amazing! Shout out to Mario at the bar! Our E Foil instructor was the best ever. Water is nice and calm compared to grace bay. 10/10 suggest!

Amazing spot with great water sports. Would recommend over the bigger brand names on the island. It’s just in the other side of the island. Which was no big deal at all since we had a car and the drive to the other side is only like 7 min. So def take the stay here

The staff was helpful with getting taxis and anything we needed. They were as professional as they come and prompt when you needed them. They provided local activities to try as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for something quiet and within a 10-15 radius of everything
