Big clean spacious room, beautiful queen bed. Big clean bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi strong. Food was delicious.

Room was ok staff also perfect but the breakfast you searve in the morning wasnt good even fruits was lime not fresh otherwihe it was ok not so good

Although there was a miscommunication regarding the pick-up from the airport, Mohammed made sure that my stay will be comfortable. His service showed his dedication to customer service.

Excellent service

The villa room was excellent and met expectations. However, the website information was misleading and lacked transparency. Shuttle services were advertised but not clearly stated as an additional cost. I assumed they were included, only to be informed otherwise upon arrival. Furthermore, at checkout the shuttle was not initially available and arrived only at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress before my flight. Breakfast was another issue. Although the website indicated it was provided, the receptionist insisted it was not included. This inconsistency between advertised amenities and actual services was disappointing.

Our first room didn't have working air conditioning. They moved us to another room that had great a/c. Clean room, friendly staff. Wifi was poor. Tiny hot water heater so hot water runs out quickly. No safe. Burned out light fixture in bathroom. Dead batteries in TV remote.

Vakkert beliggende hotell med stor hage. Stort rom med stor veranda. Utsikt mot Lake Victoria. Noe nedslitt interiør på rommet. Stille og fredelig, hyggelig personale.

Breakfast was always really good. We stayed 8 days and will be back again. Chris from Canada

Unterkunft eignet sich für eine Übernachtung nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug in Entebbe aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Wegen des frühen Abflugd konnte ich nur an einem Morgen frühstücken, was in Ordnung war. Anders als erwartet wurde mir der Flughafentransfer in Rechnung gestellt; trotzdem stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man kann sich aber per Uber einfach vor Ort mobilisieren.

Solo female traveler stayed at the Lake Point Villas the day before and after my safari. It was perfect. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and can see Lake Victoria from my room.

Exceptionally large rooms. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Hamza is a reassuring presence- he is always professional and forthcoming is addressing even the least significant request. This is an eminently customer friendly property with beautiful grounds.

The staff was friendly & helpful. I’m rating from my perspective of. Westerner from a developed country. This was a low budget motel. No amenities and located on a dirt road in a residential neighborhood. It’s sufficient for an overnight stay as it’s close to the airport and the hotel provided free airport pick up and drop off. WiFi was constantly available.

Bij aankomst op luchthaven staat er netjes iemand op je te wachten die ook nog eens naar een wisselkantoor wil rijden nadat je vraag of er 1 in de buurt is, personeel van het hotel super aardig en vrolijk en snel, kamer geweldig alleen onze jacuzzi werkte niet dus beetje teleurgesteld omdat we daar wel voor betaald hebben. Ontbijt (gratis ) wordt naar je kamer gebracht en dinner (betaling) eventueel ook. Mooi uitzicht hadden wij en een geweldige ervaring

Our plan was to stay 3 days, leave the majority of our stuff for a few and then return for a night. The first part was fairly terrible. No show for the airport pick up, dinner was going to take 15 minutes, but took over an hour (what they wouldn’t tell us is that they order it out and there was a hold up. They kept implying that their kitchen was just having problems (there’s no shame in ordering it, it tasted good and was a reasonable price). Then we made triple sure they had the airport transfer ready for early the next am,. We watched her put it on a note and she gave us a card, and in the am, the van was there but the driver was at home asleep. He knew nothing about it, Our entire reason for being there was this flight. He hustled over and we made it n the Knick of time. When we, begrudgingly, returned there was a different young woman working, she sent the van, she followed up on finding something for me, and she successfully scheduled our van for the return trip to the airport the next day. This experience was vastly different. I guess the moral to the story is, staff is everything. If you get the soft spoken, slim, slightly tall young woman, run. Nothing will be followed through.

Excellent customer service, great value for money; spacious clean comfortable rooms with all the 4* amenities plus spacious fridge and reliable free airport shuttle. I'm a returning customer, this is my 6th time staying at the villa..it's now my home away from home when I visit Uganda. Highly recommend.
